The customer service sucks...I went in to pick an order for someone else.... I was going to order something..do I said I will take what he has... The female said well I don't know what that is . .with an attitude... The guy then comes out and says well she wouldn't know..I took the order.... I canceled my order...it's all in how you speak to people.. . Especially if your working at an establishment.

I have been here two times and both times the cashiers were rude. Tonight, the woman was on her cellphone while cleaning up, and she kept her back to me while she continued talking on the phone. Then, when she finally decided to address me, she looked at me like she just wanted me to leave, so I did, just like I did the first time without buying anything, and I am never coming back!

The teens that work here are kind, polite, they great you and tell you have a nice day. My smoothies always taste good and are well blended. I love the apple ginger kale. The lobby could use some beer quality seating but at least the food and service are on up to par. I feel like the teens that work here have good grades and clean bedrooms, it shows who is doing the hiring is definitely doing it right.

I had a pickup that should have been available immediately. It was a mobile order. The young lady was working by herself on a Saturday afternoon. Apparently the manager messed up the schedule. Where was he to help her clean up his mess!?!? Customers weren't happy and it definitely wasn't fair to us for waiting so long and the young lady breaking her neck to get us out quickly. Do better!
Since moving out here, this actually used to be a favorite place to come to after my workouts (especially since it’s in walking distance). But today, idk what changed. This place has to fix their customer service, especially the female workers. The male workers are fine, but overall it’s not Been a pleasant one. I get it, we all have jobs we don’t like, but if you honestly hate working here just quit. There’s never a need to make customers feel like an inconvenience. I guess I’ll be driving to a further location.

Bad experience, and I go to this one often. No one in line but had me wait a few minutes to take my order. I gave them a coupon but I see now on my credit card bill, she never even entered the coupon so I paid full price. Also, I asked for yogurt to be added, I paid for it but it was never added to the smoothie. I typically like this establishment but this experience has me thinking I find another smoothie king

Worst smoothie I've ever got and worst customer service even though i was served by the owner i was trying to explain to him how i want my smoothie but he won't listen and try convince me do have it the way he wanted with a nasty attitude run away from this place.
