We arrived a bit before our reservation time and were quickly seated. Our server and the food was great however I kept my coat on the entire time as we were seated at the booth directly behind the reception desk and it was freezing. Those windows leak like crazy. Had we been in a comfortable spot we would have spent more...dessert, wine. I've never eaten that fast in my life!

Word is this place could be named after Glenwood Road. Wouldn't that be something?

Tonight, I decided to give Glenwood's a try. I've seen it while supporting other restaurants in the same strip. The atmosphere was pleasant and had a chill vibe to it. I was greeted in a very professional manner and was seated immediately. My server, named Abby, was very pleasant and immediately took my drink order while allowing me to review the menu. Walter brought my drink to the table and explained the special items that weren't on the menu. He was just as pleasant and professional. I must say, I liked the fact that all the servers were dressed nicely in black and white, with neckties. As I observed, I noticed that they helped one another, which was impressive.

I decided to order the Chesapeake Style Crab Dip with bagette bread, Fire-Roasted Rotisserie Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and for dessert, Bread Pudding. I must admit everything was seasoned to perfection. The chicken was superb. I wasn't a fan of the Bread Pudding, though. It wasn't bad, but I've had better. It was a huge portion, but not worth $14. I recommend that you give them a try, and I look forward to returning.

We had an excellent dinner on a busy Saturday night. The grilled trout and asparagus were perfectly cooked, & french press coffee was piping hot. Our server, Adam, was very knowledgeable about the menu, professional, and accommodating. We will definitely return!

I frequent the restaurant weekly over the last 6 months. I had 2 bad encounters, during the week me and my daughter came to the restaurant at 9 pm as soon as we walked in a waitress stated, I don’t know what there going to eat and she said it front of the manager and other staff, the waitress wasn’t cooking, nor was she my waitress.

I couldn’t believe my ears, I asked for the manager, at 1st the manager stated, she didn’t say that, after I told her a 2nd time that she did and I didn’t appreciate it and she said it in front of you, and the waitress kept looking at me, then the manager apologized and so on.

Well, I went there again lastnite, me and a friend set at a table near the bar & the waitress helping the bartender acted bettas the last waitress. I had a gift card from the restaurant due to the last incident and a visa gift card, there was an issue with the visa gift card which was fine. I paid the difference, my friend didn’t like the dessert and the waitress took it away, but she threw the napkin on the table like she was upset after I said something to her, then she apologized. When she was at the bar, her other co workers were other there chit chatting and the waitress was using foul language.

That’s my last time going to the restaurant. Maybe, the restaurant needs to retrain the young female waitresses, they are not entitled and they are to treat each customer with respect, it’s unacceptable.

Ash, our server was very knowledgeable and courteous. We've been coming for about 3 years, but this was the best time overall.

Even though they are the same franchise, and similar menu, this location lacks the live jazz and dimly lit upscale feel of the Glenwood at Stanford Grill in Columbia. The food is good, the service is friendly & efficient, and this location is fairly close by. My biggest recommendation is that they dim the overhead lites, go with more intimate indivudual table lighting, and, if not live jazz, then at least play some soft and mellow jazz recorded tracks to improve the overall dining ambience.
