Don’t order iced matcha latte they don’t make it right. They don’t use enough matcha. It comes out tasting like milk
Girl with short black hair is rude and disrespectful. Hopefully they were having a bad day and aren’t consistently rude to customers. Be better.
Whoever made my drink today was top tier!!! Yesterday was great as well ❤️ it’s so hard to find a location that makes the brown sugar oat milk correctly, so glad it’s done will here. Also always very friendly staff, I’m greeted every time I walk in and told to have a great day every time I leave!
Not too bad. I was told once during a mobile order pick up I have to wait 10 minutes to pick up. All I got was an iced coffee but okay. Ordered coffee once and it was just okay, sandwich ordered was the last they had and the guy dropped it on the floor. I don’t know if I have bud luck or the people who work there get crapped on and just don’t wanna be there. I get it but sometimes I feel it’s like they don’t care

I order a triple español every day, ex whole milk. The first picture is the coffee I get every day. After they got a new manager, my coffee became like the one in the second picture.
Very bad

The service is absolutely terrible, the place empty, employees couldn't handle 1 car on the driveway and 2 customers on the main room. They need to improve the customer service

TLDR: Save yourself a headache and drive to another location!
This location is horrible compared to the one 2 minutes up the street off red run blvd by Costco and the one 7 minutes away by Trader Joe’s.
1. The hours are always weird.
2. They almost never have what I want. 8x out of 10 they don’t have it. Always out of key ingredients.
3. They charge per scoop for boba, $1.25 per scoop! The other locations are not doing that! They are light handed and it shows. Everything taste terrible!
4. The staff here the girls have funky attitudes, customers service skills needs serious improvement. I said my order twice at the window, first time she didn’t put it in she asked me what did I say and they still got it wrong. At the window I repeated it for the third time and I heard the girl in the back say “she did not say that!” Instead of saying, oh I’m sorry I’ll get that right out for you. The cashier says, well I have down you ordered XYZ. I’m thinking, let me not argue with someone handling my food. I said ok well (for the 4th time) that’s not what I want.
So, they can’t hear, they have funky attitudes, they don’t apologize for being wrong and they can’t make the drinks! Just awful! They all need to be fired honestly.
5. The drinks they made don’t even taste like it was made well. My drink is amazing at other locations. They act like people don’t know how it’s supposed to taste. Here I rather toss it in the trash. It taste like milk and Carmel. Almost no crunch, it was gross.
I will be contacting corporate , THIS LOCATION GAVE ME A STOMACH ACHE AND A HEAD ACHE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.
It’s been awful for a over a year!

Everyone is always so nice and the customer service is stellar. I go out of my way to this location and it’s worth it every time!

I work in the area, and this location is the closest to me with a drive-thru. While some of the staff is really sweet, I have to say that the drinks could be better. They are often watered down or not made correctly. Overall, this location is just okay.

This Starbucks location is by far the worst I've ever visited. I ordered a venti iced coffee with light ice, but the barista gave me a drink that was mostly ice, resembling a tall size rather than a venti. When I questioned her, she mentioned something about "measurement improvements," which was completely nonsensical. I specifically ordered a venti, not a tall. I left because I no longer trusted them to make my drink correctly and immediately contacted corporate. Unless this place improves, I hope it either shuts down or brings in new management. It's absolutely the worst.

Ridiculous place that tried to give me a watered down ice coffee when I placed an order for espresso. When I went back, they tried to tell me that it’s because they don’t have heavy cream and had replaced it with milk so that’s why. My order was for heavy cream for a specific reason where it doesn’t have carbs as I am a diabetic. And they replaced it with a cup of milk which has about 8 grams of sugar and 12 grams carbs. And I’d have take insulin or have blood sugar sky rocket. They didn’t even think about telling me they replaced one with other. And when I tried to tell them, they kept cutting me off to ask what I want in a drink.

Everytime I go in hear the music blaring. Today it was sounding like the 40s in there at full volume. The person I was on the phone with said like a post WW1 party. There were kids and a college student in there doing work. Then there were 2 other adults in there on their laptop. You’ve gotta read the room. If the clientele in the shop are focusing on work then maybe extremely loud blasting 1940s oldies aren’t the move. I walked right out, couldn’t focus in that environment!
I just got back from the Reisterstown Rd. Starbucks. The young lady that worked the drive through window between 3:20p-3:45p seems to absolutely detest her job.She was snippy on the intercom when I placed my order: venti hot matcha with coconut milk, 2 pumps of vanilla, and warmed banana nut bread.I pull up to the window, she tells me my total then holds the payment system slightly out of my reach, as I struggle to insert my card twice.(I did not tip) I receive the approval, say thank you, her respond “hmm mm.”She comes back with my “room temperature” banana nut bread. Again, I say thank you, this time no response. Then she returns with my matcha, again barely extends it to me. *I didn’t bother asking for her to have it “warmed again,” because it definitely wasn’t.Hopefully, Starbucks’ leadership team analyzes these reviews. Hire employees who want to work. We all have issues, try as best to address customers (&people in general) respectfully and reciprocate kind gestures.
