I have come here three times in a row and each time I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive-through and mind you. I am the only car in the drive-through and they have gotten my order wrong every single time. Also, you will have to wait 15 minutes for the wrong drink and then you have to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct the drink and The second drink will still be wrong. Because they love to argue with you and tell you that you didn’t order the correct drink And the entire time it turned out to be the person behind me drink. If you’d like to waste an hour out of your day and not have the correct coffee definitely come here. The staff is so rude they Don’t even have the courtesy to close the lids on the drinks And don’t care that they have literally spelled the entire drink all over your car. I can understand if they were busy, but there’s only ever maybe two cars in the drive-through and maybe one person inside and there’s about four people working. They are the worst Starbucks and I hope that they get shut down.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN AND IT’S CONSISTENT. THERE’S NO GUIDANCE IN THE MORNING A LOT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND NO ONE TAUGHT THEM ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I GO TO THIS LOCATION ONLY WHEN I DON’T HAVE TIME TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

Only been here three times and they messed up my order two times out of three. Got two slushies one time completely melted, and then Gave me hot coffee when I ordered cold coffee. The guy even gave me my item last time like he knew it was messed up and kept saying is that ok like no not really but ok.so expensive for what you really get

Very rude customer service. Ordered 3 cake pops for my kids and was told they had a particular themed kind, so that was the only reason I ordered because the kids like the fun ones. After paying they told me they didn't have the themed kind but just the regular ones they always offered. I voiced that I was a little frustrated, but I digress and chose one anyways, but I wouldn't have bought them otherwise. Just for the barista making my drink to be passive aggressive while giving me my drink and saying "you're welcome" with a snarky attitude (also the lid wasn't on all the way, possibility on purpose). Completely unacceptable, looking at other reviews, customer service lacking seems to be a trend... thankfully the new one next to Costco just opened, so we will go there from now on and skip the attitude.

Kid-friendliness: Horrible horrible customer service…. They didn’t acknowledge us any at all.. overflowed my cup and didn’t seem to care . Just left our order on the table while we sat waiting.. I’d never come back to this Starbucks .. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to they were very friendly and treated customers wayy better.. I don’t think these people like their jobs !!
Given a 2 star because 1) my first coffee of the day was made with skim milk when I specifically asked for soy milk. For a lactose intolerant person this is a no, no. 2) great service.

The staffing has most definitely changed. This is the most pleasant experience that I have ever experienced in this location! I stopped coming to this location for Starbucks for nearly a year. After 4 different rude,unfriendly, no smiling experiences, I gave up and took my money to St. Thomas location. I love that location too when I'm in the area. At the Owings Mills location( inside of the Giant), not only was I greeted with a pleasant person but she made sure my drink was amazing! I will start patronizing this location again. Thanks for your kindness and respect

One of the better Starbucks, the food and service is the same as anywhere but their interior is fantastic. Ample supply oh fantastic seating including couches and comfy deep upholstered chairs. They did seem to have a fireplace although it wasn't on when I was there.
