The staffing has most definitely changed. This is the most pleasant experience that I have ever experienced in this location! I stopped coming to this location for Starbucks for nearly a year. After 4 different rude,unfriendly, no smiling experiences, I gave up and took my money to St. Thomas location. I love that location too when I'm in the area. At the Owings Mills location( inside of the Giant), not only was I greeted with a pleasant person but she made sure my drink...
One of the better Starbucks, the food and service is the same as anywhere but their interior is fantastic. Ample supply oh fantastic seating including couches and comfy deep upholstered chairs. They did seem to have a fireplace although it wasn't on when I was there.
Wheelchair accessibility: I was doing my grocery shopping and needed a pick me up...how convenient to be able to shop and stop for a cup of Joe. I like the concept plus I was on the stores scooter and the ease of getting to the Starbucks counter made it all the better.
