I been coming since it opened and my husband picked up our sunset acai bowl. Horrible!!! Not as fresh as it used to be way too frozen. It's sad how this place went downhill man. The quality is just not great anymore

I recently tried an acai bowl, and it was excellent. The flavors were fresh, and the toppings complemented the smooth, not-too-sweet acai perfectly. The portion size was generous, making it a satisfying treat.

I would definitely recommend it!

I came here because I wanted to try a different smoothie place, but i will not be returning. I ordered in store and my smoothie was basically juice, it was just liquid. I was really disappointed because they are a little pricier & it seemed like a decent place. Hopefully the smoothies get better.

The prices were raised by over $2 for the acai bowls, but now they are extra watery. I have to ask for them to make it thick or it'll come out like soup. I hope this changes and it's just a matter of retraining the staff because it's not worth the new price.

Loved this place since they opened, I’m a pretty frequent customer. 10/22/24 around 530pm store was empty & it was 2 young girls working. I came in ordered my usual smoothie bowl after waiting 15-20mins I Received my bowl & it PURE liquid with fruit no where to be found but blueberry in the middle which I’m sure all the fruit fell to the bottom but basically the bowl like it’s been sitting out for some time & they just served it to me. Soon as said something I received a snarky response to have another made or refund, just because I didn’t want to wait another 20mins, I received my money back with an eye roll then told do what I want with it like she couldn’t dispose to take it back. Current staff Customer service is poor, not very welcoming or friendly.

I think I came in on a bad day for the employees, because service unfortunately had me waiting for 20 minutes to receive an available bowl. There were only two of us customers in the store. The staff members were very young and looked confused as if they may possibly be new to the job. Once I received the bowl, it had a thick piece of uncut banana, soggy strawberries, 4 blueberries, and to top it, the açaí was extremely runny. I’d be happy to update this review in hopes this wouldn’t happen again and the staff has proper training.

I used to love this place. We have been going here for years. The service is HORRIBLE now. We have to wait for at least 10-20 minutes. I wish it was how it used to be.

If I was rating Sunset Raw purely on their smoothies and açaí bowls, I would rate them a 5. However the service is hit or miss depending who’s working there on different days. Recently, they are often out of certain ingredients, and their online ordering system doesn’t always work. They don’t open early enough to get food before work or after going to the gym. There are time where they omit ingredients (like dates without saying anything). They also are always out of the thicker straws that make it easier drink a smoothie. The smoothies are expensive but the service doesn’t always match the price. The staff are typically younger people and don’t always make eye contact or communicate effective. For example, I asked if they had the larger straws for a smoothie today and the response was “Nah.” I don’t even think he really heard my question, but his response didn’t instill confidence. That’s why my overall ratings a 3.

The manager is very dishonest and deceitful!! I had an issue with an online order and she pretended she was a worker but her staff revealed she was the manager. I ordered from the wrong location . She quickly called the Owings Mills store and told them not to assist with correcting the issue.

Always liked this place but been going down hill. Last couple times I been in lots of employees but no one doing anything, this time it was a handful gathered in the back, laughing and joking while one for a girl worked on making drinks, it was a line and no one getting their drinks. Sadly most likely will not be going back. They need to clean house and get some employees that care.
