I normally love coming here. The juices are a part of my daily routine which means I spend a lot of money here. Today, which will probably be my last visit, the young lady at the register refused to bag my items. She opened the plastic bag, sat it on the counter, but refused to put my juices in the bag. While I stood at the register and waited for her to end a phone call, I asked her was she going to bag my items and she told me she isn't supposed to, and she thought it was weird that I stood there and waited for her to end the call and didn't bag the items myself. Again. I come here all the time so this isn't a standard here. I have never had to lean into the counter and bag my items. This isn't a self checkout line young lady......It seems that customer service is a thing of the past and I'm sick of it.

Sunset raw is very hit or miss. Sometime the bowls are prepared perfectly. Sometimes it’s soupy and other times they take pre-frozen bases and add fruit to the top. If you complain they will remake it but I don’t understand why you wouldn’t prepare it fresh initially especially at $10 to $12 bucks a bowl.

So i frequent this place weekly, at least 3/4 times per week. Smoothies and Acia bowls are fantastic. However, I wish there was more customer service amongst the staff, getting to know your names, greeted with a friendly smile, or more engagement overall. I would be more inclined to TIP every time if the customer service was in an alignment with an establishment I spend $50 weekly. They are still however, slow producing results on making the smoothies. I think some time training and customer service training would really get things going here and people get an experience with an establishment they come to frequently.
While the smoothies, açaí bowls, and other menu items are amazing and fairly priced, the wait at this smoothie bar is always too long. Today, I waited over 25 minutes for my smoothie and they forgot the coconut. However, the smoothies are always amazing and refreshing, especially when they add fresh dates and the staff is always accommodating and friendly.

Items are way overpriced and the sad thing is they are not so tasty as well. Atmosphere is okay but won’t go there next time and would not recommend to others.Parking: There is whole parking lot right in its back and front.

Called in and purchased 2 1 day cleanses 3 days in advance. Get to the store for pick up and was told they didn't have anything in the system for me and asked me to come back when I live an hour away. Manager would not speak to me to address the issue at hand.

Ummmm....what happend? Haven't been in a while and the bowl was about 3/4 full, frozen Acai and overly ripe banana slices. Granola tastes different too, maybe a "spiced pumpkin"? NOT good, :(

Great spot in a really upscale area. I love Owings mills/Reisterstown. The acai bowl was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

Got the Peaceful and Popeyes - the peaceful is pineapple, apple, and mint - it's very sweet but naturally with the apples and pineapple - I added water and stretched it to make it the perfect sweetness for me. The price point is $8.5 flat as honestly, it's totally worth it. If you stretch it - it makes 2 of 1 which is almost 32 ounces of pure deliciousness. Haven't tried the Popeyes Secret but I'm excited!! They have an amazing selection of smoothies and immune shots. The lady @ the counter was so sweet and helped me decide. I'm going to go back and get the Iron Booster and a smoothie on my next visit. For 2 juices it was $18... I think it's very fair for the fresh ingredients and you're supporting a local black owned business! It's also a good option if you're transitioning to vegan or vegetarian or if you just want something fresh and delicious! Also, the location is prime - go support!!

Come here 4 times a week but not anymore...I ordered an hour ahead of time also received a text my order was rdy but when I showed up I still had to wait a extra 15 mins even tho my order was rdy. Guess I wasn't good enough to be handed my order when I told her my name to pick up but a white gentleman came in after me and was given his order right away then she decided to hand me my order which was rdy when I arrived....also this was the female owner very disappointed especially since I spend so much money here...literally every employee knows me
