I don't leave many reviews, only if a place is exceptional, Terri's cafe is. A little cafe, off the beaten path, walls totally covered with pictures of all the kids they've fed at Stevenson and JHU and I forget which other schools they mentioned. You order at the counter. Menu is large, food very fresh. All homemade. Terri and her family made us feel more like a guest at their house then customers. Giving us homemade choc chip cookies with our lunch and bottled waters to take on drive home. Telling us some of the stories behind the pictures, like they were talking about their grandkids. Wish I could give more than a 5 out of 5. 5++

How do I say this!!!.... Home run, just all around great experience. Food A1, Service Over the Top, establishment, well lit & clean and makes the person next to you almost feel like family you need to catch up with lol. Terri consistently provides a warm and welcoming experience with her pleasant demeanor and positive energy. She often surprises me and my coworkers with fresh-baked cookies, a thoughtful touch that is always appreciated; the Oreo cookies are especially a favorite. She takes great care to ensure every order is accurate, hot, and fresh. Terri’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly make a difference. While it may be hidden in Owings Mills, Terri’s Cafe is truly a gem; go and check them out .

Terri’s Café has become my weekly go-to spot, I’m here so much the staff feel more like friends than employees. They’re always warm, welcoming, and on top of their customer service.
The music is chill and instantly puts you at ease, allowing for a good dine in experience.
More importantly, the food is consistently top-notch every visit. From breakfast to lunch, everything tastes fresh and homemade. Hands down the best spot in Owings Mills.

Terri's Cafe is a hidden gem in Owings Mills. Well worth the drive. You can eat breakfast and lunch anytime of the day and they have seasonal items as well. The level of service and attention they provided was exceptional. We felt like we were greeted by old friends. They even brought us fresh baked cookied on the house as a treat. We would definitely be back if we are in the area.

Good food, but even better service! I have celiac and have to follow a gluten free diet and was able to get a chicken mojita bowl. They were very knowledgeable about which menu items were gluten free. They also were incredibly sweet and gave my husband several free cookies! You can tell it’s a family owned business that takes pride in their work and strives to serve healthy, homemade meals.
