I don't leave many reviews, only if a place is exceptional, Terri's cafe is. A little cafe, off the beaten path, walls totally covered with pictures of all the kids they've fed at Stevenson and JHU and I forget which other schools they mentioned. You order at the counter. How do I say this!!!.... Home run, just all around great experience. Food A1, Service Over the Top, establishment, well lit & clean and makes the person next to you almost feel like family you need to catch up with lol.
