Look: we all know what to expect at a chain right? The food and atmosphere is the same at any location, but here, the staff makes the difference.
We've been twice in the last few months when we were out and realized we just didn't want fast food again.
Both times we just sat at the bar and Dante served us. It was a pleasure sitting with him.
Yes, there were TVs everywhere. Yes, the food was good. But Dante and the staff? They set this location apart from the rest.

The little girl with the messed up boho braids was so rude! I placed an online order so when I arrived I parked in the curbside parking. Apparently online ordering and curbside pickup are two different ways of ordering. As a customer I’m not sure how I was expected to know that, but the little girl with the ugly attitude was upset because I asked for her to bring my food to my car. She literally hung up on me! I won’t be returning!

Idk how they got an overall 3.7. It must have been before the chef I had today worked there. When I say my steak was perfectly cooked. I’ve eaten in 17 different countries. Paris couldn’t cook my steak this well. No glaze, all facts. This was the best food I’ve had at a fast casual restaurant in a long time. I went to culinary school and clearly so did the chef. Well seasoned. Well made. Chef kiss 💋. Eli, I’ll be back to taste your amazing food again. Tai, the bartender was the cherry on top. The drinks were perfect. I wasn’t dancing on the table or anything (they deleted the footage) 😜 🤣

Came here after church service with my boyfriend. At first, we were a little worried since the restaurant wasn’t very full—just two other couples were dining. But as we ordered and got our food, more people started to come in (maybe it’s just slower on early Sunday afternoons). The food was really good, and our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

This place is very disrespectful towards the people who live nearby. The music is played at an outrageous volume and they have been told to turn it down multiple times, yet completely disregard it. Completely disrespectful and people can hear it late at night while they are trying to sleep. Do better.

The establishment was clean, My server was very pleasant, my food didn’t take long to come out. Everything was hot and fresh, also there was a Dj the music was nice. The drinks was amazing not watered down.

The bartender Bonnie is terrible. Be aware. She adds gratuity on to checks without letting anyone know. I didn’t even know TGI Fridays had a gratuity policy. I don’t mind gratuity being added to my check when the service is good and I’m informed that it’s being added. She will also over charge for food and drinks. She’s extremely condescending and clearly hates her job. I’ve been coming to Friday’s for many years and have never experienced the type of treatment that my group and I received tonight. DONT COME IF BONNIE IS WORKING!

Glorious Fealing
Thank you to the vendor for the hospitality. My family reunion just took place in Owings Mills. A few of us ate dinner here at one point over the weekend. The server was fast and friendly. He genuinely cared about us and gave extra attention to my little niece and nephew as they sorted out their menu choices. That night, the store even had a special on alcoholic beverages for the Greek Sororities and Fraternities. My sister-in-law and I are members, but we do not drink. It was still nice to be treated with deference and made to feel special. The food was delicious. Thank you again to the vendor.
