Everyone I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I wanted for the event. The food was delicious, and Wanda and Ron were amazing servers. I could not have asked for a better experience!

They made our Thanksgiving absolutely effortless! With 42 guests at four tables, Ellen and her incredible team handled everything—except my mom’s stuffing—and it was perfection. Instead of cooking all day, I simply warmed their amazing dishes: the hors d’oeuvres, turkey and gravy, all the sides, and desserts were outstanding. I actually got to enjoy the holiday!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Ellen and The Classic Catering People for my bridal shower at the Maryland Zoo. From the very beginning, Ellen made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. I felt like she genuinely cared about making sure everything turned out perfectly.

Ellen helped me choose foods that were not only delicious but also perfect for an outdoor event. She thought about the weather, the timing, and what would work best for our guests. She also guided me in ordering just the right amount, which I really appreciated—we had plenty of food without feeling like we went overboard. The menu had a great variety, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

On the day of the shower, I had so many people compliment the food. Everyone was impressed with how tasty it all was, and several guests even asked who catered the event. It was such a relief to know that part of the day was completely taken care of, and I could just relax and enjoy celebrating with my family and friends.

I can’t thank Ellen and Classic Catering enough for helping make my bridal shower such a special and memorable day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality catering with amazing service. 10/10!

While I baked my own brisket, I did not have time to make sides, desserts or a full Rosh Hashanah luncheon so I called Classic. The outstanding mashed potatoes tasted homemade. The chicken salad and corned beef were wonderful, and the Caesar salad was amazing. I would’ve liked a little bit more sweetness to the chopped liver, but it was still devoured by my family. Looking forward to my Yom Kippur platters this week. Thank you for making my life as a working mom of four children so much easier during the holidays!

Classics food is always fresh and delicious! Picking up orders is so easy you don’t even have to get out of your car, and they’re always on time. Thank you classic catering for making my holidays easier.

I was out of town leading up to the holiday so we ordered the holiday lunch for 10. Did not even know what it included when family members were asking me what we were having! It was delivered and everything was amazing. I literally did not have to add anything. Had extras to share with the neighbors too. I so appreciate Classic for helping reduce the stress (and improve the taste) of our family gatherings.

We just had a wonderful experience using Classic Catering for an important family event with 60 people. Bobby helped me put the entire event together starting with the menu as well as the look and feel of the event at the location. On the day of the event, Bobby as well as Marie and her team of professionals put everything in place transforming a lounge area into a warm and vibrant reception with terrific food and just the right amount of service to our guests. The little extra details were commented on by our guests such as lemon stilton on the charcuterie board, the whipped cream for the coffee. And the freshness of the food including the small sandwiches (3 kinds - beef tenderloin, chicken salad and caprese) was also noted. This is expected (freshness) but rarely achieved across the board. My family and I are delighted that Bobby helped us create exactly the kind of event we wanted on this important day. We appreciate all the hard work that went into the entire event including the clean up. Many thanks.

We had an amazing experience working with The Classic Catering People! From the initial phone call, Georgetta was super thoughtful about our unique needs and really helped us through the planning process. We were able to have food from both of our cultures represented (Argentina / India) and the food was AMAZING. Our guests raved about how delicious everything was and how fantastic the service was. Georgetta was also incredibly helpful organizing our rentals, and was super flexible when I changed our vision (a couple of times!). We loved working with her and would highly recommend them to anyone for their event!!

Classic Catering did a wonderful job catering two at-home birthday celebrations for our family! Ellie H was great to work with; she was organized, knowledgeable, and very responsive.
We used Classic-to-Go for a birthday dinner followed, the next morning, by a birthday brunch. Deliveries were on time, and the serving assistant, Pat, was so pleasant and helpful at both events. The food was great--tasted great and looked lovely! Ellie helped with the menu choices and with all details, including some important allergy-free items. Thank you!

Classic catered our daughter’s bat mitzvah at Accelerator Space and they were so amazing to work with. Jenny was so creative and really helped our vision to become a reality. She also helped accommodate several special requests (bean and cheese pupusas!) and she worked with our boba tea vendor, which was so so kind. As the host, I barely got to try the food, but highest praise came from my sister in law, who said “this is the only party I have been to where there have been enough pigs in blankets” 😂😂

Food was delicious and pickup was quick and easy. My family raved about the turkey!
