Great smoothies; courteous staff.

I just left the Owings Mills location and had to wait 25 mins for a bowl, while my smoothie I received when I first came in just melted. I even let the going lady know I have a bowl with my order, and I had to remind them 20 mins later that I also have a bowl…. I blame management, they were understaffed on a promotion day.

Great staff, the smell though. It's been going on for years. I rarely go here because of the smell because now the smoothies are beginning to taste like it smells in there. Rank.

I just had the best experience at this location. The employee was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and thorough ! She was just the best! I didn’t get her name but I wish I had! It’s the evening of Nov.23rd at 6:30pm .

I was very happy with the food when I stopped here after touring Stevenson. The strawberry banana smoothie is delicious and it is a large portion. I got the chicken Caesar wrap which had the perfect mix of greens and made for a great lunch after a long day. Cannot wait to come here more when I get to college. The girls working were friendly and answered all our questions about the menu items.

Vegetarian options: All smoothies are vegetarian and there are some salads and wraps without meat.

Kid-friendliness: They have kids smoothies which are smaller and cheaper

Wheelchair accessibility: One floor and completely flat

Today, Door Dash forgot to deliver part of my order and that is completely not the store's fault. I have back to back meetings today and could not go pick it up. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and she was very understanding, further she personally delivered the order. I am really grateful to this store manager for her 5* service today! Thank you Owings Mills, Tropical Smoothie!!!

I was very disappointed I came into this store at 8:46 and was told I couldn’t get food they shut it down. I’m trying to process how that is okay if an establishment is open til 9 why services are shutting down before. I was craving the flatbread and was beyond disappointed

My favorite smoothie is the Avacolado with ginger or the Green Island Detox with ginger.
