Ordered a half-cheese, half-pepperoni pizza on January 29th online and picked up. When arrived home, the pizza was JUST cheese (no pepperoni at all). Shame on me for not checking in the store. Called the restaurant, and was told that I have a $10.74 credit with them. They apologized for the mix up. Fast forward three weeks, called VItos to order (not use Online system). Told them about my credit. They refused to acknowledge the $10.74. Told me they would NOT offer me the credit....read full review
