I ordered a fish sub that I honestly should’ve just made at home. It was sloppy, the filets had burnt edges, and unfortunately I became extremely ill afterward. I hadn’t eaten here in a while, and needless to say, I won’t be returning.
No pizza for me all year (11 months) so with a taste for pizza, stopped here. Ordered a 14” pepperoni. Waited inside a nice clean restaurant. Pizza was up in 10 min. I drove home 20 minutes and sat down to a tasty pizza. The cheese and pepperoni was “lit” as they say these days. I will visit again.

I honestly go here 2 times a year because I never really have a taste for pizza BUT when I do I come here. The pizza is AMAZING and honestly the best in the Owings Mills, Randallstown area. Pizza is always fresh and a few coworkers here have mentioned they use really good subs. So next time I come I will try a sub next time.
I love this place I go very often with my son. Very friendly and we love our cheese pizza ❤️
I have been a customer of Vito's literally since my college years (graduated Franklin high school in '06 you do the rest of the math). And the reason of course is because Vito's *is* part of Baltimore/Maryland. The two are inseparable, like the clay of the earth and the Chesapeake Bay itself.
Food: I don't know for sure that everything on the menu is 5-star. I don't need to know, because like every regular customer to a place like this, I try one thing, in this case a couple slices of buffalo chicken pizza and I literally never have to try anything else on the menu because it immediately became 'the usual' for me. And let's be clear I have had some of the other pizzas, subs, cannoli's and they're all worthy of becoming 'the usual' for you too.
Atmosphere: I moved away from Maryland in 2015 due to some personal issues and I find myself back as of a couple of months ago. Of course my old haunts have changed a lot, and Vito's itself has literally shifted locations. But you walk in and it feels exactly the same, even if the view out from the window is from a different side of the parking lot.
Service: I walk in and immediately find myself in the middle of a conversation with a gaggle of first timers about what slice to get. When I get to the register one of the Illiano brothers, I'm not sure which one because we're not on a first name basis like that; he takes my order while having an argument on speakerphone with his wife. I remark about the location change and his face immediately lights up as he recognizes me, and interspersed with his 'conversation' with his wife he rings me up and we talk about how things are always different, how he likes my haircut, etc. Within two minutes I've got my slices, nice and crispy and hot out of the oven. Perfection.
Conclusion: I can't imagine a world without this place. It's not like they look anything special, and that's the point. Like any good local establishment that survives the test of time it's the fact that they don't particularly stand out in any particular way, but in a world of Papa John's and Dominos they still exist and persevere and have a line of customers at lunch made up of old regulars and new faces, and that should tell you all you need to know.

Tasteless 3 whole subs $47.97; 2 orders of cold cardboard fries $7, soda $2.75 with tax $61.18 wasted!! Awful! Cashier was the bright spot. I never post a review until now and I will never return.

Really was our go to, but for the last few months the cheese mix on their pizza seems to have changed. Incredibly cheesy its almost overpowering. Hoping we can alter for our next order use to have it weekly

I ordered a pizza and a salad.
The place looks nice and clean and the service is friendly and quick. However, the pizza is mediocre or, if you prefer, tasteless. Only the crust is somewhat memorable.
It's kind of like the Times Square Kitchen situation where the pizza there was really bad but the crust was really good. In this case the pizza is not horrible, just middling, while the crust is not great, just good.
The salad also felt like just a bunch of stuff stacked high. Most of it was, again, tasteless and not particularly good or bad. Except for the olives - not only did they taste quite bad, but they had the pit in them. I don't really appreciate that sort of thing.
That's a damn good pizza, much better than other local pizza places that people talk about in Maryland
16 inch for roughly 16 dollars is a good deal especially in these times and for the quality your getting
Definitely would come here again before thinking about ordering from a chain or even a local spot closer to my apartment
For a business presentation. Authentic and made with a welcoming smile.
An absolute favorite. We love the food and the staff.
Best cheesesteak 🔥🔥🔥
