The food was the worst of the worst, it was neither fresh nor good, the chicken was old and without color the meat was not well cooked, this is garbage, the terrible attention this Wendy's should not exist. We never come back, it's useless.

This Wendy’s is by far the worse Wendy’s I’ve EVER been to. The food is always burned. They gave me BaconNader fries the cheese wasn’t melted. The bacon wasn’t cut up. It was in three strips. They don’t even wear uniform in there

Door dasher Here: Rude and lazy employees.

Employees were:
- Playing on their phones with over 8 cars in the drive thru
- Hostile towards customers
- DoorDash order came in 20 minutes before I got to the store, apparently not ready, and “they didn’t have it” so… customer didn’t get their food they paid for, I didn’t get paid, I actually got penalized by having to cancel an order. All because they’re lazy and either handed it to a random person, or more likely as with EVERY WENDYS in Baltimore they’re just lazy and don’t want to do the job they signed up for.

I’ll say the same thing your employee told me, if you don’t like your job “then leave”.

It’s always something with this Wendy’s. After waiting in line for 20 mins. All of the sauces they gave me were rotten and expired. SMH. Imma learn one day to stop coming here

Super Star

This store has always had the worst customer service. This store has one of the worst employees of any Wendy’s. They always hire young goofy workers who are always busy talking and playing around instead of working and so the lines always move slow and they are always rude. They always are making rude comments and give you bad looks. The food is regular but the employees need to go. They need to rehire a whole new staff. They need to get rid of all the young rude employees, and that’s coming from a young person.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant! I walk in the restaurant and my first observation is it’s messy. There is food in the floor behind the register the drink and napkin station is a mess and tables nasty. As I am standing in line myself and the guest in front of me observe an employee (later identified as the Assistant Manager) pulled chicken from a bag with his bare hands and place it in the fryer. At this point I’m floored! So I continue to wait to place my order. The person in front of me orders and it is now my turn. The lady at the register walks away and doesn’t say a word! Not a give me a second or I’ll be right with you … Nothing. After stand there with zero acknowledgment for 8 minutes I finally ask did they stop taking orders. No one acknowledges me again so finally I ask to speak to a manager. The lady at the register then replies “Meechie she wants a manager.” The guy that touched the chicken with his hands then comes over. I express my frustration and by the look on his face I could tell he could not care less. Another 2 to 3 minutes pass and with the nastiest attitude ever she comes to take my order. So after waiting 12 or more minutes she then tells me what I wanted they don’t have. At this point I am livid. I’ve wasted so much time and can not go anywhere else because it’s my lunch break. I order my coworkers food and wait. If anyone knows the corporate number who who owned this establishment please direct me in the right direction. When I asked the assistant manager he told me he didn’t know and to google it 🙄

I’m leaving this review because I honestly hope management can see this and make some well needed changes. First of all the service is horrible, how you are spoken to at the speaker, up until the window. The workers won’t even look you in the eye as they throw you your bag and rush you out the door. Second, the food. Horrible as well. Maybe I was just given food from the previous day but that should not have been the case since I ordered breakfast food at 8:30 Am. Not only is the food horrible but it’s like the prepers threw everything together and then didn’t even have the decency or proper training to wrap the food correctly. I open my bag to my food hanging out the wrapper on one another and it tasting like left overs reheated from last week. My stomach literally hurts as I’m typing this and I have a steel trap for a stomach. I came to this location once before and thought maybe it was just a bad day. But now I see that it’s how management runs their location. But it’s probably the case that the managers are the same as the workers so I’m not too surprised. If I owned that location I would do a complete internal cleanse. Have a great day!! :)

(EDIT: I didn’t know this at the time but Wendy’s is actually known for having horribly run locations so this all makes sense to me know)

Good experience with the delivery through door dash. The pretzel baconator was really good and I always love the chocolate frosty. The fries were a bit cold but it did take some time to get here. It was not too long of a wait but I guess the fries get cold quickly.
