I’ve been coming to this location for many years, but my visit on 1-17-26 will be my last. This is the third time where the gentleman acknowledged my order, and when I received it, it was missing things that was missing. And when I ask about it, I’m being talked to in a very disrespectful manner. Avoid this location at all cost. The customer service is non existent.

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with I'm door dashing an order, for the coworkers to repeatedly just leave me sitting in the drive through leaving us here for 30 minutes and not keeping us in the loop, ignoring me i will never pick up food or oder from here again

Ordered #4 cheese champ, with cheese, mayo, onion & pickle. Received the Berger with no cheese. When thru drive thru again. After waiting in line my Berger is now cold, I thought they would give me a fresh one with cheese. Nope, got the same cold Berger back with a slice of cold cheese. & Now my fries are also cold ,& my drink is watery! Not a happy Checkers customer today!😟

We waited at the window for 10 minutes.Noone was in drive through or waiting outside in line. Someone looked at my dad three times and I tapped on the window. The girl looked at me rolled her eyes and walked away. If giving a negative review was possible I would. I guess their employees don't care to work while at work.

Employees didn’t know how to use the app. I tried to order using the checkers app and was told that I had to go to the back of the line because they couldn’t figure out what to do. I left and went to Burger King.

Do not go here, simple. Fries were cold and i ordered a double chicken sandwich and it was only 1. This happened twice already never going back!

I asked can she put mayo and cheese on my sandwich because I forgot to ask and she did not take it back to put it on there. She said that she isn’t taking it back to put it on there. I ordered a mother cruncher and then says it’s extra for the mayo. The customer service here really sucks.

Do not go here!! I ordered the 2 for 5 that is advertised on tv. Cheeseburger with bacon and the cheeseburger wothe bbq sauce and bacon. Tried to order a French fries also. They didn't understand me. Spoke broken English. I pull up and pay also asked for an additional French fries. They said I could get a fry and soda for an additional $3. I said I only want the fries. Still didn't understand me. I got my burgers pulled over to check my order, no bacon!! Went back to the drive thru ordered a medium fry, I get to the window and gave my burgers back to have bacon put on. They still didn't understand they asked if I wanted onions I said no I want bacon on the burgers. They looked at me. Still didn't understand what i wanted. Told them just to keep everything and left. Never will be back. Please hire people that speak and understand English!!
