Went to this location Saturday evening. The young man that took my order fingernails were unkept & unsanitary. The line was not long however there was this one car in particular that was apparently awaiting their order for over 25 minutes which cause the two cars ahead of me to pull off without their orders . All I ordered was two brownies two milkshakes and a cup of ice milk shakes were flavorless, they obviously were low on strawberry syrup and my brownies were stale. Not to mention therw was a short brown skin you’d man who kept clinching his fist pacing back and forth rolling his eyes at the cars that were ahead of me , we made eye contact and he hugged & puffed clinched his fast rolled his eyes at his peers . It’s very unbecoming to see employees conduct themselves as such and for as pricey of a Carryout the service didn’t feel like it was their pleasure. I’ll never visit that location again. Even the manager was very unprofessional

They don't like to read ,my order was so wrong and my food was very cold ,I called and they told me if I ever come into the store they will give me free bacon lol ,I want bacon on my sandwich now !because that's what I paid for I would rather just go to the malls Chick-fil-A never had a problem there

This is by far the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever encounter the wait time is horrible and the people at this location have no sense of coumsterservice. I used to come to this location regularly. But this location is the worst they informed me, they do not support law enforcement or college students 😲. We were doing a fundraiser, I asked them would they be willing to donate food to give out to the feed office's and students.They were not having it. I will never give this location my business they made it clear where they stand. I'm not sure if this is the new standard for Chick-fil-A but if it is I don't want any parts of it.

I can't believe I went to the bathroom and the ladies room the first stall did not have a toilet seat I had to squat to use the bathroom why not just put out of order whoever cleans the bathroom should have let the manager know about it.
Painfully slow and horrible service each and every time. Not sure why I continue to spend money here

2nd time within the last few months myborder was either missing an item or my item was incorrect while placing my order in the drive thru with someone. No reimbursement I would have to go in and they will have my name in a book, however I am not in the area enough to go back within the time frame. 1st time I was missing a coworkers sandwhich but we were already on the beltway and could not go back. This time I got the incorrect breakfast sandwich and did not know until I got all the way to work :( I have been other times and it was fine but I usually use the APP.
