The employees are great. However I ordered a breakfast sandwich ahead on a mobile order. When I got there I was told the menu had switched to lunch and now my order was no longer available. What's the point of ordering ahead if they can't provide the service?

Food was warm, delicious, and made exactly how I requested. Entire order was 100% accurate. Only "issue" I had was the God awful layout of the parking lot v drive line. I was literally trapped in the drive thru line, making the whole experience very frustrating ðŸ«

The line while long went very fast. There some confused driver. I like their chicken egg and cheese biacuit.
Still can't handle the amount of customers that come. Hit the drive thru yesterday. Was at a complete stand still for 15 min. Next thing I know, they are walking the food to your car. That's great, got my food but was still stuck in the drive thru line for an additional 10 minutes. Everything was good and soggy by the time I was able to eat it.

Bad experience with customer service. Placed my order through . Was asked to pull into the front it would be 2 mins and they would bring my food out to my car. After waiting 8 minutes I went in. After waiting 5 minutes to get someone's attention, turnned out my order was sitting there for quite some time. It was a parent my order had been forgotten. Tried calling the Parkville Chick-fil-A 8 times throughout the day, to explain my order was wrong I ordered a large sweet tea with extra ice I got no ice. Ordered my granddaughter 12 piece nugget only to get three chicken strips. They had left off lettuce and tomato on the sid. When you call Chick-fil-A in Parkville you get a recording. Lesson learned is always check your order before leaving their parking lot.

This was frustrating and unexpected as I was simply trying to enjoy a meal.
What made matters worse was the lack of action taken by Chick-fil-A to rectify the situation. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, they were dismissive and did not offer any solutions or compensation for the damage done to my wheels. This lack of accountability and customer service was disheartening, especially considering that I am a loyal customer who values the brand's reputation for quality service.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A and their handling of this situation. As a hardworking individual trying to balance college and work responsibilities, I expect better treatment and resolution when faced with such incidents. It is important for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for any mishaps that occur on their premises.
