I usually stop for lunch at Chick-fil-A, but this location is absolutely the worst. I had a very simple order: a chicken sandwich and a strawberry milkshake, no whipped cream. Somehow, they couldn’t manage that. I ate half of my chicken sandwich while waiting for the milkshake, and when it finally came, it was not a strawberry milkshake. I honestly don’t know what they gave me — it was very white, watery, and nothing like the thick, creamy milkshakes Chick-fil-A is known for. When I said I didn’t want it, I was told to park and wait. I didn’t have time for that. I knew that if I wanted my money back, I’d be waiting another 10 minutes, so I just took the shake and left. This was such a simple order, and it turned into a complete mess. I will never stop at this location again. Worst experience.

Me and my sister biked here together for family time! It was so sweet and fun to go out biking together and sit down for lunch! We had such a great time! A grandma tried to run us over while biking :]

very unprofessional, ordered delivery through the app and waited well over 2 hours. was told to call the restaurant but didn’t receive one answer within the 2 hours of calling.

Placed a delivery order at 10:07 am and never received from the chic fil an app!!! The store manager claimed that the driver was on her way when I called at 10:40! At 11:01 the store manager cancelled my order and called and told me because I didn’t answer the phone at 11am it was my fault that breakfast was over and I wasn’t receiving my food! She also mentioned there was only one store driver and they were short staff? Why are yall accepting orders through the app? How? Why? I should have just ordered through a third party instead of the chic fil an app! 2008 e Joppa rd chic fil a won’t be getting anymore of my money! Poor service! I felt like I was on the phone with a manager from McDonald’s

This restaurant is dysfunctional. Employees ordering and taking breaks while their pick up order has 10+ orders on the board. It took them 20 minutes for me to get my order. If they paid more attention to customers and food being made instead of laughing and joking around orders would go out a lot faster. SMH do better

I typically love this location, service and food are on point per usual! Yet, I had a conversation with the manager moments ago as businesses should consider people over production. In 32 degree weather, it's not okay to have these employees standing outside taking orders! Not a good look Chick Fila! At this point, the other location down the street has evened out the traffic from yall volume. Move those people in side. Nevertheless, the manager said thank you for the observation, as if that helps their frigid bones.

The drive-thru lanes are typically long during the lunch and dinner hours, but it is not an long wait. They get you in and out as fast as they can. I have not had any issues with the service or food here.
I found out the employees are rude and not accurate on drive through. On veterans day - day when they offer veterans a free sandwich, they did not and were rude made me feel like I was begging for food. Will not go to this location again. While the Chick fil a about 5 miles away were more than happy to honor veterans.
