2nd time within the last few months myborder was either missing an item or my item was incorrect while placing my order in the drive thru with someone. No reimbursement I would have to go in and they will have my name in a book, however I am not in the area enough to go back within the time frame. 1st time I was missing a coworkers sandwhich but we were already on the beltway and could not go back. This is by far the BEST chik-fil-a I have ever visited. I’ve been through the drive through and ordered inside the store. The service is just superior!! You feel welcomed and appreciated. Since so many people feel like me, your walk into an international party… it represents every aspect of the world in harmony <3
Food was warm, delicious, and made exactly how I requested. Entire order was 100% accurate. Only "issue" I had was the God awful layout of the parking lot v drive line. I was literally trapped in the drive thru line, making the whole experience very frustrating 🫠
