I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went to pick up my order but ended up having to argue to get my $30 order refunded when I was still waiting a half an hour past when they said it would be ready. Had they been honest I would not have ordered. I work 14-hour shifts and am sometimes too tired to cook. So to come in stand there for a half an hour waiting and still leave with nothing to eat was beyond maddening. The staff was incredibly rude, I had to ask several times for them to check on my order before they actually did. And just as I said I wanted my money back they said my order was ready, they just lost a good customer that came in regularly.
