It was a nice experience for my child and I. Chuck E. Cheese has enough to play with. Just go there with enough energy to run/go around with your child(ren) if you are 'the diligent' parent that I am. They have security modules in place as well in securing children, just do what you are asked to do at the point of entry to make your exit seamless. Their pizza is also good....my child enjoyed it. Clean 'convenients' for all. Their staff are also very courteous and kind.

Cashier gave me a problem with loading my card my child has a member ship he said the play card is irrelevant & i didn’t understand that if that’s how my child plays needs better customers service & staff that actually understand their job policy

My first time at this location , and came across a fight where someone was assaulted. I also seen the staff allow a homeless man to come in ( without a kid ) and just sat down to stare at the kids.

I haven't been there in a long time but my son liked it.
My food wasn't good at all. My ribs were half done, and my salmon overcooked. They did recook it, but it was pretty much the same. I won't be dining at this location again.

We celebrated our 3 yr old granddaughters birthday last Saturday at the Chuck E. Cheese located in Parkville, MD 🎈🎈🎈
I was surprised to see how many children were there and quite a few parties going on at the same time. I’m guessing it may be due to it being back to school week and the official end of the summer (labor day weekend). The establishment was clean and the hostess was polite and the party table was set up nicely. I really wish the management could set a limit to the bouncy area by the child’s size or at least monitor what the age and size of the child that’s playing on it at the same time. Since it was my granddaughters 3rd birthday party and the bouncy area was included with her party package, she should be able to play safely without being trampled over by larger children (for instance a 10 year old who may possibly weigh 70 lbs or more. 😩😟.
It just looks like management books parties consecutively. Not thinking that after one party ends (a toddler’s birthday party) she and her guests would like to play on the slide and bouncy area. I know that Chuck E. Cheese is known for being a place where ‘A Kid Can Be A Kid’ however the loud screaming and lack of monitoring the play areas should be addressed. I suggest they have an employee near that area to speak to the children and nicely ask them to be a little quieter; and be careful when you’re bouncing. I do hope they manage it better because we need nice places the children can go to play and celebrate birthdays. Age 2 through 12 but with limits and careful safeguards in place. Monitor who’s playing on these toys and their age. Let the little ones play together at a set time and bigger kids can play together with their appropriate size kids. This is my reason for the 3 star rating.
