Highly recommend this location for a birthday party. Highly organized, very clean, and incredibly attentive service. Great selection of games and just a blast for the kids from start to finish. Pizza was surprisingly good!

The kiddie casino! This particular one was super clean, warm, and inviting. The only bad thing was when I went with my kid to cash in her tickets, she had 1,300, asked for a cotton candy, a mini skateboard, and 1 of these blue chewy candies, and the girl gave her a handful (which I thought was really sweet of her to throw her some extra)...but when we asked the balance this jerk told her she used all her tickets!!!! Really?!!! Sorry you hate your job, but for the kids, that is the best part, picking your prizes. My daughter got in the car and literally cried! The dang candy was like 10 tickets or less, the skateboard less than 100, and the cotton candy 400. I should have said something to the manager because every other employee I had an interaction with was really sweet. Don't go to the darker complected black girl who is on the shorter side with short locks pulled back in a ponytail, and her weight is slightly on the heavier side. I wish I had her name to share in this post! We kept asking the balance, and all she did was glare at us. RUDE!!!!But the rest of our time there was awesome. One bad apple can ruin the bunch.

My daughter had her party here a few weeks ago and the staff was just excellent, the atmosphere was clean and it wasn’t overly crowded. Today we are back for a friends party and I had Starbucks I just purchased and the girl at the door said no outside drinks. I had a feeling that was the case so I went to through it away and the manager tried to stop before saying that they made exceptions for coffee. No big deal for me I knew I might not have been allowed to bring it in. A few minutes later the manager came over and offered to pay for my coffee because she felt so bad. Although I declined and just asked to get a soda instead, the thought that she offered due to a minor mistake was very thoughtful. Out of all the Chuckie Cheese’s I been to through out my kids lives. This one has proven both times I’ve been here to be the best.

We had a birthday party here and overall the whole event was a success. My 5 year old had the best time. Everything that could have been better did not phase her one bit. And that was the goal. Give her the best experience. I did not take time to go through the full instruction of the event and that may have better prepared me. We had a party and there were literally 3 other party’s going on at the same time. Surprisingly we were able to play games with no issues. The Chuckie celebration was a bit underwhelming because he was late. I was expecting him to come engage with us a little bit more but we just wanted to play the games anyway. Other than that we plan on doing it again in November! The value of the birthday party package exceeded my expectations. The kids really did have a blast.

Great experience at this Chuck E Cheese. Had the sweet and chili wings- wow, new favorite. Buffalo wings were good. Stuffed crust pizza was really good too- kids even commented how good the pizza was. Wish prices were not so high. Very clean and friendly staff.
