Wish I could take all my stars back!! Went on last Sunday everything was great! So my daughter & I decided to take my daycare kid's the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE! It was a server at the register we watched him ring up 3 customers took sugar to a table never not 1 time did he greeted us so we seated ourselves went to him ask if we were ti seat ourselves or was someone supposed to seat us he said oh no you have to stand here until being seated no one sum came to seat us! Finally we were seated our waitress was great! Spoke to the manager she said she was gonna ask him to come out and apologize he could have kept that his apology I felt a Lil discriminated against. That day was my last day supporting Danny's!!

There were 2 ppl working. We walked in and had to yell, to get the cook to hear us. He had ear buds in. The cali Taco skillet, they were out of avocado for. The boneless wings were super salty, the hasbrowns were greasy and had a slight putrid aftertaste (maybe old oil?) As we were picking through our food, a cock roach climbed up the booth wall and another was crawling up the ketchup bottle on the table.We immediately got up and moved to some chairs to await the bill. The server motioned us to the register. I explained what was going on, and asked him to walk to the booth, both of the "cousins" were having a reunion on the tabletop. His response? Yea, I see them. NEVER again

It's definitely not like it use to be. Portions of everything except pancakes are so much smaller smh. French toast, links and bacon was soooooo tiny. Unfortunately wasn't good either. Seems like this stuff is happening with all the breakfast spots. Oh well...now I know better.

I think overall, it was a good experience. It was really busy, but the atmosphere was great! I don't think our waiter was hired for that particular job, but he did his best. Anyway, my hash browns with onions and green peppers were great! My son had berry stuffed French toast, and he said that it was really good! Their French fries were unseasoned, and the sampler wasn't that great.. so I hope this helps someone.

Service was good extremely slow but the restaurant was not crowded at all. I never received my French toast after reminding my server several times. I was never checked on and had to hunt my server down for beverage refills. I normally enjoy the service at this location but this time was very disappointing. Management was not present at all and the cashier never asked how was my service which is always asked. I don't know maybe it was an off day but when you are paying for a service customer service should be too priority

The food was horrible nasty how can you mass up mash potatoes
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! There was only 2 people working besides the kitchen. I ordered nachos and they were a soggy disgusting mess. It was made with some type of meat sauce which was weird. Hardly any meat or pico. Mainly soggy chips and source cream.

If I dont wanna cook and I am craving for pancakes, this is really my go to place. 1. They're open 24/7, 2. They serve a variety of pancake menu to choose from.
Diet options are not too healthy. We all know that but yes, we gotta have what we wanna have. We seek for the taste and the need to satisfy our cravings. 😋
The service just takes long (20-35mins) specially it's a weekend. Many people come in and they only have one server early in the morning.
This is also the place where you can feel the old diner ambiance. ☺️
Parking: There are plenty of parking space where you can safely park your car.

*Check your receipts for hidden charges* My husband and I walked in there for dinner on a Friday night last week, it was pretty empty but no one at the front. We waited a while before anyone came to seat us at our table. We finally got seated and ordered our food, the food was ok, the only thing I recommend is the hash browns and even that was a bit salty for me. The strawberry lemonade I had was mainly strawberry syrup and way too sweet, the oreo shake was also too sweet and didn't taste good. Now when it came time for the bill we noticed it wasn't quite right, we had told the waitress that she gave us a bigger appetizer than we had asked in the beginning and she said she'd fix it at the end. But looking at the receipt closer she had charged for any little thing that was never disclosed to us, but that she offered. We have been to many Denny's and every time there was an extra charge for something it was disclosed before even placing an order, just about any place I've eaten they disclose any extra charges. My husband asked Reina and she said nothing is for free and that she tells her employees to disclose that but I guess she doesn't, you guessed it she's the manager. She went ahead and took out only the difference for the appetizer but not the upcharges which she said she would take away because she didn't disclose it, I've never paid $56 at a Denny's before for 2 people, needless to say I'll take my business elsewhere to places that do disclose extra charges ahead of time. Becareful with these shady practices and always check your receipts to make sure you're not getting upcharged without your knowledge.
