On October 25, I placed an order at 4:45 pm for a dozen crabs, which included a free dozen. Upon arriving home and consuming the crabs, I found them to be exceptionally small and lightweight. I notified the establishment of the poor quality of the batch I received. The female manager replied, 'I'll cook them over again,' which seemed an impractical solution. It appeared that the establishment might have been disposing of low-quality crabs. Furthermore, the corn was hard and overcooked. The customer service was subpar, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

Cold crabs must mean OLD crabs , crabs taste horrible . They had a old spoiled dirty taste and they was extremely mushy the inside was Dark and smelled horrible

Last time I ordered crabs from here they were very watery, you could literally flip the crab over and see water dripping out of it. Was not at all satisfied.
