I'm not sure what the one girl's problem is on August 21st of 2025 with a lazy eye, but she is rude and unprofessional and has a serious attitude problem. I went in around 9:25pm. Please deal with her.

Visited on a Sunday evening with family. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted, the restaurant was clean, and the music was good. The woman who took our order was patient as we reviewed the menu and decided what we wanted. The music playing was enjoyable while we waited. Our order was made accurately so no issues there. Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming despite it being after 8:00 at night. This was our first time at this location and whenever we eat Five Guys again, I will not hesitate to return!

Five Guys is the only fresh fast free and GLUTEN FREE burgers I can eat. Safer than eating at diners due to cross contamination.

Did an online order; got there to collect it; very rude staff members. I know these fast food places do not pay well, but if you want a job in customer service please be better behaved. Will not return there; complaining to headquarters. August 19 at 11:43am.
