very unprofessional and unsanitary. George (i’m guessing is his name) was rude and loud, his wife put her fingers all over my spoon and continued to put it in my cup. ant infested, didn’t properly sanitize when confronted about the ants. also didn’t wear gloves while handling our snowballs.

Dirty cups and you really don't get what you pay for. I paid for extra flavoring and marshmallow and on both of the snowballs I bought there was barely any flavoring and just a tiny bit of marshmallow on top. Def not worthy

Most disgusting snowball I’ve had in Baltimore in a long time. I could have chopped ice in my blender :(Very big disappointment.. tossed out the window or else I would have shown the picture ?
