This restaurant had very fresh and delicious food. The waiter were extremely friendly and I was super impressed by this restaurant. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. If you speak Farsi definitely visit because the waiters are fluent in Farsi. Overall 5 stars!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and such a welcoming atmosphere. The decor and lighting create the perfect vibe—cozy, elegant, and relaxing. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, but this restaurant truly does. Highly recommend!

Ordered carry out from this place. Koobideh kabob was dry as cardboard and burnt crisp. No flavor either. If you know Persian cuisine you know that Koobideh is supposed to be juicy and tender. Joojeh (chicken) wasn't bad, cooked decent…but not a lot of flavor. Wont be coming back.

The most disgusting and disrespectful place I’ve ever been to. I ordered the homemade dough, and while sitting there, I started feeling physically ill with my stomach twisting. Their baghali polo was terrible the dill was sandy and gritty, clearly not washed or handled properly. When we brought it up, the daughter came out and basically admitted they use pre-packaged dill and don’t bother washing it, which you absolutely need to do. To top it off, there was a piece of hair in our mast-o-musir. Aside from all that, the daughter had no manners and chose to argue instead of accepting our feedback. She clearly doesn’t know how to handle honesty or take constructive criticism. Even though she asked for our feedback and said she wanted to know if anything was wrong, she became visibly upset and started denying everything when we shared our concerns. Very disappointing. Final thing, whilst walking away from the daughter she began mumbling under her mouth once confronted she didn’t have anything to say to our faces. Even snatched the check out of my hand very aggressively when I picked it up to hand to her when it knocked over.

The kabobs are very delicious and yummy. You can never go wrong with the kabob from this place. My personal favorites are the chicken kabob and the mushroom kabob. These two are simply out of this world good.

This restaurant has very tasty Persian food! I really enjoyed the koobideh kabob and chicken – both were juicy, well seasoned, and cooked just right. The rice was soft and the crispy part (tahdig) was so delicious, maybe my favorite part of the meal. They also serve fresh bread which goes very well with everything. The buffet is a great way to try different dishes, and everything I tasted was full of flavor. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the place feels warm and comfortable. I had a very good experience and will definitely come back again with my friends or family.

House of kabob truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff especially Mrs Raana was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal.
I ordered the koobide kebab with saffron rice , and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and authentic.
What really stood out was the balance between quality and value. It’s hard to find a place that offers such rich flavors at reasonable prices. Whether if you looking for a great meal, Houseof kabo is a must-visit.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back 🙂
