I went out with two friends on October 18th around 8 PM, and the service was terrible from start to finish. It took a long time just to get someone to take our order. We ordered mozzarella sticks around 8:30 PM, and an hour later, we still hadn’t received them — even though we watched other customers get their food.
I ordered a Long Island, and it tasted like it had no alcohol at all, just Coke and ice. If you know alcohol you know that’s a strong drink. Since getting our drinks, no one came back to check on us or ask if we needed anything. There were two girls bartending at the far end of the bar (by the front door) who completely ignored the opposite end where we were sitting. Another bartender (Slim lightskin with a Puerto Rico chain) spent at least 25 minutes off behind the bar talking to a guy or standing in the DJ booth talking to that guy, instead of helping customers. I assumed she was responsible for the end of the bar which we were sitting. When she finally came back to the bar, she went straight to chat with another guy on the other side (where the two bartenders were) instead of serving anyone waiting by the DJ booth side of the bar.
When we finally managed to get her attention, we immediately asked for the check and told her about the poor service and how we never got our food. She didn’t seem to care at all. We paid and left right away.
It really feels like the staff doesn’t care about providing good service because gratuity (13–15%) is automatically included. Even the owner was present and didn’t step in to address the clear issues or the other upset customers waiting.
Definitely disappointing experience — won’t be returning.

This was my first time here. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The food was phenomenal. It came out piping hot. I had the seafood sampler and the Baltimore Connection,which had crab and shrimp in it, was crazy good. The atmosphere on Saturday is catered to a younger crowd but it was fun and they were enjoying themselves. Our server, Ki, was incredible. He's signature drink 🍸 Ocean water will get you right where you want to be. I'll be back. At least for the food and drinks.

unfortunately, my experience was not as good as a 4.4. I arrived roundabout 11 Ish I wanted to order some food it took maybe like 20 minutes just to get water. I was told that the kitchen was closed only after I asked the bartender to explain to me what the appetizer a sampler was I was not greeted however I’ve been here before it’s been good, but only during early evening hours crabs were good and food. Drinks are ok The bar is Limited and I feel like they only cater to the younger crowd. it’s all good
