It doesnt matter what you order, you will be asked to pull into the waiting area. I had to look up the phone number amd call them after waiting 20 mins. Although my food was hot and tasty when I finally got it, its just not worth the hassle. Its happened to me 3 times already so I wont be going back to the Fullerton location

This McDonald’s does not prioritize customer service. They just want their hourly wage nothing more. The delivery truck blocks the exit of the McDonald’s and the workers think I don’t how to properly exit the parking lot. Two of the three employees outside had verbally tried to force me to go to the only exit as if I did not know that was the only exit. Their response to me and the situation was unnecessary and unwelcoming to the establishment. Furthermore I generally only come to this location to feed Bill the local homeless man. If this attitude of the establishment continues, I will take my business else where. But that doesn’t matter to you because even since your renovations, your establishment has only gotten worst. I know for a fact you do not listen to customer service.

It is unfortunate how I have to go out of my way on Christmas to make a complaint when I came back to support this establishment. Tonight was not busy and I was the only customer there. My order is 155 @(6:39PM). I ordered a medium quarter pounder meal and a 20 piece chicken McNugget. When I got home, my meal was missing the fries. Sure I could’ve checked during my time there but the customer service should be on par especially when there is no one in the establishment. Because this has happened to me multiple times I have called McDonalds Corporate to take further action. My review is not to make this McDonald’s look bad or to bring the establishment down. I am purely taking action for better customer service as I live close to this establishment and would like to enjoy a good or at-least fair customer service when I am there. If the service improves, I will delete this post and upload a more current review of the establishment. Again I sincerely hope the customer services improves.

I am totally disgusted with this McDonald’s and will NEVER return!! I specifically asked for a quarter pounder with NO cheese twice. I can’t tolerate dairy products. After I paid, I was asked to pull over in a parking space to wait for someone to bring me my order. Other cars came and went from these spaces, who were after me. When an employee came out to bring another person’s order out, I asked her about mine, and told her that I had ordered a quarter pounder without cheese and small fries. She brought the order out to me about 5 minutes later, and apologized, but I had waited in the parking space for about 20 minutes, and the burger had cheese on it!! This is unacceptable!!

So after waiting about 25 mins for 2 snack wraps, finally got a chance to eat them and needless to say the chicken was raw. Line of cars wrapped around the building, only 3 people working, they simply have to do better. Utterly ridiculous on the raw chicken in the snack wrap…probably won’t come back again to be frankly honest.

They had attitudes even amongst each other, and they forgot my fries, and the manager had an attitude when I went back to get my fries. The guy at the pick up window was also dismissive and curt for no reason and I did not like that.

Edit: Got a refund from that prior incident, however, I had to report the location to corporate and get in contact with the franchise owner because the manager was refusing to take accountability and tried to gaslight me, saying that I had to get a refund through the app when I knew that was not true. I did try giving the location a second chance a couple days ago (12/14/25) and the service was slightly better, however, the employees were talking amongst each other while they were supposed to be serving customers, and on top of that they forgot my food AGAIN. This is just a bad location. Literally go to ANY OTHER McDonald’s. And as someone who used to work in customer service myself, customer service is going down the drain, people are not imagining it.

I am changing my review be this location because they are so terrible. I have left without getting what I came to order twice now. I just got skipped in line for the drive through 3 times it was because I am the wrong color.

Can't rate anything except the drive rhru experience. Sat there for 10 mins tonight. They had 4 cars total. Most of them pulled off. I stayed and said hello and someone finally said yes and I tried to order. I got no response. I said hello again a couple more times. Now everyone else had pulled of and started to park and go inside instead. I said are you guys taking orders. No response. 10 mins of that. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

TURN BACK!!! This place is absolutely abysmal even for McDonald's standards. I've been coming here once a week for 4 months and this is the final straw. I've never had a normal experience here. I'm always told to park when I only ever order ond sandwich and fry. Today, I ordered 2 sandwiches (that's a big deal for this location), told to park on the side for 5 more mins. Meanwhile there are numerous cars coming and going through the drive-through. When the food arrives, I mistakenly dont check it like I always do, and once I get home from work and ready to eat, I take a bite and look down at the bloodiest red burger I've ever seen served. Immediately cut the other burger open and while it wasn't completely un cooked, it was pink all over the inside. Was told to come back for a full refund by the manager, she tries to refund me for only one of the sandwiches despite bringing both back to the store. This place has NEVER gotten me through without some type of hiccup or being put on the backburner to keep the drive-through clock low. Absolutely abysmal and yall have lost me for good. Please don't waste your time or money here.

Don’t advertise that your 24hours and then deny service at any time of the night. I wasted time coming this location and wasted money for the time waiting for a refund from the mobile app that takes 1-7days to refund
