This was my husband and I's first time at McFauls. We came for a late lunch and chose to eat at the outside bar. The menu, food and prices were all amazing! Our bartender, Jake was very personable and friendly and gave perfect service!!! Delicious drinks! Everything was above and beyond. There were so many delicious choices on the menu, we can't wait to come back to try more! We had the buffalo chicken wonton special, the Italian stallion sub special and I got the blackened Mahi Mahi tacos all 10/10.
Employ those with empty hearts, then your bar and tables should be empty as well. You can't allow your representatives to call customers inbred and expect said customers to visit your business.
This place allows extremely hateful people who advocate for murder to work there. These same people brag about spitting in and otherwise messing with your food. The owner needs to handle his business or go out of business. Until this is rectified I will never step foot in the place
Just love this place. I take my iron horse for a ride around the raven then stop by and have a good meal and beer. What more could you ask for?

A very good meal every time I eat here.
Tried them twice now. First time was several years ago and it was awful. Showed up for breakfast, ordered and it came out an hour latter and wrong. Said they couldn't fix it because breakfast was over. Tried them again because they're open past 9:00 on a week day. It was fine, food was ok and has kind of a sports bar feel, but nothing special.

Have always liked this place. Today’s lunch experience was not as good. The draft beer was not cold on two different taps. Also I ordered a side salad as I had had lunch already elsewhere. The portion was very small which is ok as it is a side. The saucer it was in would fit on the entree plate like coleslaw. The problem is it cost 8 dollars. The server actually asked if I wanted any protein on it when it was ordered . Lol. It was probably 3-4 forkfuls of lettuce swimming in an enormous amount of dressing as if it really was coleslaw. Hopefully it will be better next time.
We've been coming here for years so I don't want to knock the place but just some constructive criticism.
Salty. Everything was way salty.
Maybe we happened to get food that is more salty than other options but my advice is cut back on the salt.
Less fried food! Again, maybe we picked too much fried food but my wife got shrimp tacos. Shrimp wasn't deveined, fried, rubbery and frankly; cold. How do you fry shrimp and it comes out cold?
The fried green tomatoes were good. A bit salty.
Crabby Tots...seemed like fried rice/potato balls topped with crab meat.
Go easy on the spicy aioli. It seemed like everything we ordered had spicy aioi or some sort of sauce slathered on it.
Let us taste the food, not just a sauce.
Just seems like lazy cooking to me.
Cole slaw was good.
Waiter Caleb, was very friendly but seemed he was overwhelmed for a Wednesday night which was surprisingly busy.
I know restaurants are a tough business but my advice; change the menu for the Fall, go more fresh -less fried, less salt and stop putting sauce on everything.
We want to come back in the Fall when it's cool and we can sit out on the deck...but hopefully food improves.
I don't want to give a somewhat negative review but we specifically picked this place to take our family from out of town. The food has always been good in the past and it's cool location.

We really enjoyed our dinner. We got a a smash burger with sweet fries and the brisket sandwich with fresh cut fries. The fries were the star of the show, both were really perfect- reccomend the ranch to dip fresh cut fries in. The burger was exactly what we expected and yummy and the brisket was lean and on the dry side but had a nice smokey flavor that went well with the sauce. And the portions were very fair. It was a bit warm and the tables were a little sticky but it honestly added to the charm of the building and did not take away from the experience.

Cream of crab was way too SALTY, the bar area was so loud with this 4 top we had to move into the dining room. At 9:40 pm we’re still waiting for a burger and a salad. Not impressed but then Taylor stepped in and everything was right again. The burger was cooked to perfection. The salad was fresh and plentiful.
