Who doesn't love Rita's!!

Hello. The staff was kind, price reasonable. It just would have been great had they had more than one sugar free flavor ice.

They never cease to be ontop of the game in getting you a great treat quick! Good location for sure. I get the Gelati Blender with vanilla and root beer to simulate a float.

Who doesn't love Rita's? The Gelato's are delicious!

I was really disappointed with my treatment at Rita’s. I have been going to Rita’s for years and I have never experienced such embarrassment. I went with my 3 children my 3 year old daughter, 10 year old son, and 16 year old. I asked the girl . If she could pass me one of the custards for my daughter and she said they can’t give out the items until it is paid for. Typically when I go. They hand the items out to the kids as they make them. I literally watched the customer in front of me enjoy his ice cream while his father waited to get his made and then pay for it once his came out. I don’t think my appearance gives the impression that I’m going to run off with ice cream with 3 children. Then she said it loud and proud while I watched other customers eat their custard, or ice. And not be profiled as a thief. But on the bright side I went to the Rita’s on York rd in Towson and I had a wonderful experience I spoke with the owner at that location ms Carrol and she is just the nicest person she listened to my gripe . And put me at ease. Customer service in my opinion has declined drastically over the years . And businesses need to know without customers you have no business.

It was the first day of Spring! The line was smooth and efficient . Nice location as it was our first time there.

I like how they don’t over do it. The only seating is a bench and the rest is just a gravel square for parking. I like how it feels like they arnt babying us.

The location on Joppa Rd location, Sunday afternoon, one young lady working and obviously wasn't in the mood to be there. The service was not good at all.

Terrible, every time that I go there… they never have strawberry Italian ice !!!!!

My Mastiff and I visited on National Ice Cream Day, 2024. We came after a not pleasant experience at the Baskin Robbins across the way. The clerk who helped us had a bright friendly smile. She offered my dog a pup cup! I chose a small sundae and was shocked at the cost as I've not been by in a while. The serving size was significantly less than I remembered. The customer service was so great we will visit again, before the season closes, for another rare treat.
