I tried to place a order for today on the website and it didn’t give me the option to place it for today so it placed it for tmr when I called the store the manager was nasty otp when I tried to explain that it didn’t give me that option he got smart and told me talk to corporate about it and refuse to even offer anything for there mess up can’t even get my money back and I’m Just disappointed I love subway but this location I will never and I mean never eat here again the customer service needs a lot of improvement specially when talking to a customer on the phone ! I’ve been in customer service for over 5 years and I can say if I was the gm that person would’ve been fired because you just don’t talk to customers like that .

I have Celuac's disease (serious GLUTEN), and this is ONLY SUBWAYI l can count on to change their gloves without me asking. . Although I can only eat salad, there's never an issue with cross contamination. I've NEVER had a problem at this location. This is why this is the only location I feel safe eating.

The only issue I have with this location is that they don't put enough toppings on your overpriced sub. They will put as little as they can get away with. And when you ask for more, they get an attitude.
I should get what I'm paying for and that means more toppings because they don't put enough meat on the subs either.

My order wasn't what I asked for. I didn't get onions on my sandwich. My lemonade tastes like water. I know they saw it had to be changed, and still serve it. I used to work at a fast food restaurant. If I make a customer a drink, and notice the soda has to be changed. I wouldn't give them water down drink

This subway USED to be amazing. The girl who was always working there was excellent. Now it is trash just like 90% of the food options in Parkville. Whoever is working tonight friday 5/9/25 at the parkville location at 9 o'clock PM EST at the front making the subs never looked up once, never greeted me, Had me stand there for 10 mins while I watched her put 2 subs together for a carry out ticket. She then was waiting for them in the toaster and was looking down while stirring the sauces in the fridge not doing anything but waiting for them to finish. There was one other customer in the place already eating. After standing there awkwardly for ten mins being straight up ignored, I kindly said excuse me can I place an order? she looked up shocked like how dare you and said uh yeah hold on I'm in the middle of something... I then put down my chips and left. I should not have to beg for service. I am the customer.. It's not rocket science if you have a customer in front of you waiting and a to-go order that isn't there, who do you take first? Common sense says the person in real time in front of you waiting to be acknowledged in any shape or form. It's infuriating to just want to simply order food and be given such a hard time like you are bothering the employees. They need to be held accountable. Look at the other reviews here. It's not a coincidence. it's not everyone else... Subway needs to review the staff here and realize this is a loss. After being a loyal customer here for the 10+ years living in this area, I will no longer be spending my money here. How long will this location be allowed to operate like complete garbage?
