Refuse to support a local business that won’t honor their word to help support their communities school. Especially considering they agreed to everything then backed out AT THE TIME of said fundraiser. Disgusting behavior. I hope none of our local parents spend their hard earned money here😤

Disappointed that they agreed to host a fundraiser for Parkville Middle School, created a flyer for the event, and then refused to honor the fundraiser when families showed up. The owner only agreed to honor the fundraiser after the coordinator called corporate.

Service and frozen yogurt were delicious. The employees told me to not leave an electronic tip, because they recieve it. I don't know if the owner or manager is stealing their tips...but that's illegal.

Parking: Due to it being a strip there isn't many close parking to the place when the area is crowded or the other restaurants nearby are are full.

Sweet Frog offers 8 no-sugar-added choices. This location has 19 flavors available but ALL have added sugar. Over 15% of the population in this area are diabetic, and you do not welcome us. Very sad because the place was clean and the toppings selections looked very inviting. I asked the young man working, and he said they never have no sugar added options. I won't be back until they have some.

Really didn’t like how my kids and I were turned away when an associate slaps a handwritten note saying the store is closed with a smile on her face. Who does that to children when they were excited to get a Sunday treat?!?!

Yay!! So excited to have a froyo place again! I really wish your Sweet Frogs the best of business because visiting during opening week was so nostalgic and all of the toppings were fresh! Definitely going to bring my family in :)
