I’ve ordered from here many times, but my most recent experience was absolutely terrible and poorly handled. I was never informed that certain items cost extra until I noticed unexpected charges on my card. I ordered wings but didn’t receive the flavor I requested or the all flats I specifically asked for—and to make matters worse, the wings were soggy. My sub was also missing key ingredients, including mushrooms, hots, and extra provolone cheese.
When I called the store, they initially said they would issue me a store credit, but shortly after, I got a call back saying they couldn’t offer a refund or store credit at all. I contacted Slice (since I ordered online), and they reached out to the store on my behalf—only to be told the same thing: no refund, no credit. Slice is now sending it to someone higher up hoping to get it resolved.
Double check your order once you receive it because this place clearly refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Service and atmosphere were five stars. The food, on the other hand, is a different story. I ordered a large New York-style pizza, bone-in wings, and boneless wings. Let's start by saying the pizza was not very good, unfortunately. The bone-in wings were actually pretty decent and flavorful. The boneless wings lacked flavor, and the taste was not that good. The sauce was decent. However, I don't believe we will be coming back. 2/5 rating.
I got OLD, COLD chicken wings that tasted like trash. I saw ROACHES crawling on the floor & the place was EXTREMELY dirty. They were making food in the back with NO GLOVES & one guy touched his face, then continued to make someone's food! I saw this after I payed & when I asked for a refund they refused! I parked there for 30 minutes & the owner had my car towed!!! Had to pay $300 to get it out! Worst food ever, worst service ever & WORST PEOPLE EVER. If I could give negative stars I would.

If you’re a wing lover, Wings and Things is a must-try! They have the best wings in town, hands down. Not only are they packed with flavor, but they are also the largest wings I’ve ever seen — seriously, they’re huge! The portions are more than generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth. The sauces are spot on, with a wide variety that will satisfy any craving. I really hope this doesn’t come back to bite me (pun intended!), but this place deserves all the hype. Highly recommend!

Naked Wings could have been crispier but not bad, and good sauce. But the MD Crab soup was terrible. Bought two soups and neither had any crab meat at all. Not a little, none. Broth was just ok but off.

Buffalo wings sucked, got mild and atomic both were the same amount of spice (almost none). Buffalo barely tasted like Buffalo maybe if i closed my eyes and imagined. Not a fan of their bleu cheese but that's just personal preference.
