This is my favorite Chinese place in the area but unfortunately my favorite item, the pork steamed dumplings, have been unavailable for months…it’s quite frustrating since all the other Chinese restaurants in the area still carry dumplings but their food just isn’t as good. Please bring back the dumplings!

Best Chinese food in the Park ille are and maybe the whole Baltimore area. Their food is always on point and from the fact some nights towards closing time you can't get an order in assuming because they got more orders than they can handle before they close a lot of others must think their really good to. They'll always be my go to Chinese restaurant as long as I live in the Baltimore area.

Excellent food but the wait is long. Make sure you order before you're hungry. Also no one ever answers the phone. You have to go in or order online. But, as I said, excellent food!

The rice dish was good and the por egg rolls were okay. The general chos taste like pure sugar soaked in honey. If you like sugar flavored chicken your good. Typical chinese food that has completely gone american with absolutely no original flavor.

I had beef lomein.It was totally yummyThe beef was quite tenderHad a flavor/aroma as if done on outdoor grillLooks like I may get 3 meals out of my containerLooking forward to going back for another visit and trying something new

First time here the other night! Apps are fantastic! No breading on the kung pao and its an 11/10.

This food here is ALWAYS good. The biggest surprise was how good the Thai food was. My favorite items are the pork dumplings, drunken noodles and spicy basil fried rice. Sometimes they’re not the fastest but I know for a fact the owner takes pride in the food quality being consistent, which I personally appreciate more over speed. Definitely recommend!

Although it's a takeout joint the food is more than worth the trip.I drove 30 minutes from the other side of Bmore for takeout!!But when I tell you the eats were incredibly fresh, the flavors were distinct and clear and the egg drop soup was to die for I am not even exaggerating...

Winli NEVER disappoints - hands down the best asian take out around.I am with the guy that said he’s bummed about that 2-star chicken wing review. I, too, had the thought “rofo is right down the street buddy” while reading it. I, too, shall digress.But for me and my household, we’ll be giving Winli 5-star reviews all day everyday baybeeee.Vegetarian options: they have em.Parking: Tons of parking and the lot is easy to get in and out of.
