Food order delayed for one person at our table. When it finally came, everyone else was done eating. But the order came out wrong. Order returned and taken off the bill eventually.

We sat in a corner with no one around us, which is fine. We placed a drink order- they didn’t have the flavor I wanted, again fine. The drink came out not made correctly but was fixed. It took a decently long time to get our appetizer- wings to which they were room temp and not very flavorful. When we asked for recommendations, my husband ordered one of the highly recommended items and about 10 minutes later were told they were all out of that meal for the evening. Again, he picked something else, no problem. Then when our food came out, mine was beyond burnt and other than burnt not full of flavor. After paying, expressing the unsatisfactory because it wasn’t about paying for the items. She said oh I wish I had seen it before they served it, but she came over to the table immediately after and then we didn’t see her again until we were done. When asking for a manager we were told there’s no one to speak to about it and the manager left for the night. She didn’t care when I said we would probably not return. Which kinda sums up the whole experience of not seeming to serve us or be around.

On site brewery operation wirh changing varieties of beer. They fill growlers. Menu is not extensive, mostly pizza and sandwiches, but everything is good. The crab dip is really good. They have live music on weekends and sometimes during the week. The menu is updated periodically. Many changes with the new menu. Great new open face Mediterranean sandwich. New pizzas, crab pizza is still on the menu. I need to return soon to check out more new items. Everything is still good. Update: it seems all the beer on tap comes from outside sources ( no on-site brewing). The website does not reflect current hours of operation.

Ah, Tall Tales Taphouse, where the atmosphere brims with as much potential as a blank page in a storybook, earning it a three-star prelude for ambiance alone. Yet, as one ventures deeper into the tale, the plot thickens—or rather, tangles—into a culinary narrative so convoluted it could befuddle even the most seasoned of gastronomic adventurers.Embarking on a journey through the menu is akin to navigating a labyrinth crafted by a trickster god, where pizza, tacos, and cold hoagies appear as bewildering signposts, leading not to culinary cohesion but to a realm of delicious disarray. It's as if the kitchen asked, "What genre are we writing today?" and the answer was a resounding, "All of them, and make it confusing." The result? A mishmash menu that, while ambitious, leaves one pondering whether Tall Tales Taphouse is suffering from an identity crisis or simply embracing culinary chaos as its muse. And then, there's the infamous "Red Headed Step Child," a brew so peculiar it transcends the boundaries of traditional beer-making into the realm of the avant-garde, or perhaps the absurd. This beer, with a name that hints at mischief and maladjustment, delivers on its promise by offering a taste experience that is, quite frankly, unforgettable—for all the wrong reasons. It's as if the brewmaster set out to capture the essence of a tall tale in liquid form, only to end up with a narrative so perplexing it leaves the palate in a state of bewilderment. In the grand saga of Tall Tales Taphouse, the "Red Headed Step Child" stands as a testament to ambition unchecked by the constraints of conventional flavor profiles, a bold experiment in brewing that veers off into the hinterlands of taste. It's a reminder that not all tales are meant to be told, or at least, not all brews are meant to be savored. So, while the atmosphere of Tall Tales Taphouse may beckon like the cozy glow of a campfire, inviting patrons to gather 'round for stories and suds, the actual fare tells a different story—one of a venue struggling to find its narrative thread, serving up a plot twist with every dish and every pour. In this tale of culinary confusion and brewing bravado, the three stars awarded are less accolades and more a beacon of hope that perhaps, one day, Tall Tales Taphouse will find its way, penning a menu and brewing a lineup of beers that live up to the promise of its enchanting ambiance.Until that day, we navigate the menu with caution, sip the "Red Headed Step Child" with curiosity, and await the next chapter in the ongoing saga of Tall Tales Taphouse, hopeful for a tale that finally finds its footing.

I read on the website about a really hot wing sauce, and we decided to stop for dinner on our way to a show. The waitress had no idea any such sauce was available, and told me buffalo was the hottest. The food was good, and the wings were cooked very well, just would've liked a little more kick.

2/17/2024 EXCELLENT! ?Took my 12 year old grandson here for his birthday lunch, his choice. Sydney was our server and she was awesome and compensated with a nice tip . Mahi Mahi Bowl was great and the Cheesesteak Bowl, except small portions for the price. The Sriracha Chicken Wrap was good and very different and the pizza with bacon bits was very tasty. After getting home and looking at my receipt, I called and spoke with the manager, Tyler, who was super nice, regarding different prices being charged than listed on the menu and he explained why. Be sure to pay with cash so you aren’t charged the 3% surcharge for using a card.We will return again and pay cash. EXCELLENT food atmosphere and service!

The outdoor seating with warmer weather is the best. They have live music, and it's fun to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. The pizzas are good, but I've never had bad food here.Kid-friendliness: I bring my daughter with me to eat and listen to the music. I always see families there.

Our favorite place in the area. Pizzas are awesome, beer is great and never overcrowded when we go. The entire menu is good as well as the specials we have tried.Vegetarian options: They offer dairy and gluten free options which make this place all the more awesome.
