My wife and I had lunch at the Village Inn. The food was fantastic - more than we could eat. It is a small town bar/ restaurant. I believe that there is a band on the weekends so we will be going back to give that a go.
Great food, great service, great people. I'm not from the area but I've been working in the area for 5 months. Go to this establishment. Stick in your belly great food...I've had most of the menu. Loved the atmosphere with all of the locals either to bullshit or tell you what to do. This place feels like home.
Long time customer. If you like simple food grandma used to make, it's a spot you should not pass over. Oh grandma for me lived at a time when the man worked while she took care of the cooking, cleaning, and the children. Different time but memories of the food stay with you forever.
Staff is friendly and personable. An art lost in most places.
