I came through the drive through line , when I got home with my order that was twenty four dollars and change. The turkey bacon ranch sandwich had no turkey on it. . It had lettuce, tomato, one piece of bacon and one piece of cheese.

This place i will NEVER return to again! Customer service is no good. I asked for an item I ALEAYS get when I come here and I am told a stern NO! This is why I will not be returning to ANY Arby's establishments because this is now the 5th location that I have recieved shitty service at! I was there weeks ago…I am a bilingual person,the woman who apparently is the manager who had no hair tie or hairnet was yelling to her employees,that is bad for a restaurant like Arby’s,personally I won’t go there anymore because she is always yelling to her employees when it’s busy,she call them slow and after all that she gives the food with a smile and tell everyone to enjoy the food when she already had yell to the ladies at the kitchen,that was my experience there,I do will not come back there anymore,not because of the food,because of people like her.

Food is pretty fresh everytime I get it. Sometimes they are out of the Marinara sauce or the dip for the French sandwich and don’t say anything but whenever I do delivery or eat here somebody helps me quick and efficiently. This place is the reason I defend Arby’s online lol
