They do not know what they sell. If you ask the employee for a banana Royale they tell you they don’t sell that [which they do] so I ordered a two scoop sundae with chocolate ice cream and world classic chocolate With toppings, bananas, pineapple, caramel. I did not open it until I got home what I received was one scoop of world, classic chocolate, one scoop of something vanilla with nuts in it no banana at all no caramel at all, no pineapple. My advice don’t go there ever this is not the first time my order was incorrect .

We came in and looked at all the ice cream and brows and picked out our ice creams and were never once acknowledged by an employee we stood there for 3 to 4 minutes were never once acknowledged by an employee. Tried to make eye contact eye contact was purposefully avoided so we left

The absolute worst! Made an order at 8:30 pm. Was informed by door dash at 8:49 pm that baskin Robbin’s said they only have 1 flavor ice cream available. I was born at night but not last night! Tried calling for 45 minutes and nobody would answer! I will be notifying the corporate office about the poor service provided by this franchise!

Awesome place! Writing this as we’re (6 of us) are having ice cream. The server was so patient and very polite with our group. Very generous single scoops!

I would come back here again when we’re in the area.

This place never has chocolate ice cream. They didn’t have spoons or straws once or twice. Their sundaes are not sundaes. They don’t have hot fudge or marshmallow. When ordering a caramel sundae they topped the whipped cream with a teaspoon of the topping. I asked if there was caramel on top of the ice cream. She said I ordered ice cream that had caramel in it already. Really? Lol The server was extremely nasty and had an attitude from the moment we walked it. This used to be a favorite stop and now has to be the worse Baskin Robbins around. I’m surprised they are still in business.

It closes at 9pm we pulled up and tried to open the doors were locked. Went to drive thru and tried to order smoothies we were told the blenders were being cleaned but we can order ice cream. We didn't want ice cream only wanted 2 smoothies. I said to the young lady, then really you are not open. We said no thank you and drove away. ??

Got 3 scoops of ice-cream and it only look like one

There has been at least 5 times when this Baskins Robbins has not had vanilla ice cream, including an hour ago....Vanilla??? So again I have to take my business elsewhere.

lol at the reviews, they are all correct. You’re essentially at the whim of what they have, which right now at this moment - is nothing.

Waited in line for 10 minutes to get ice cream when I got to the window at 833 pm the informed me I couldn’t order ice cream because they closed serving at 830 even though I was waiting on line before they stopped serving. If that’s the case they should close at 830 instead

Worst experience. The employee who helped us could care less. We got 4 - 2 scoops of ice-cream in a cup. It was more like one scoop each. She even told my daughter to pick a different flavor because that one was too hard to get out. After we had our ice cream, she said they had no spoons! Terrible experience. I really hope corporate takes time to reply, I sent them an email too.

Ordered two sundaes online. 45 minutes later we were told that they “discontinued” those items. This was well after they accepted our order. No one answered the phone at the store. Terrible customer service.

Ordered off door dash. They had no menu items, were out of multiple items, and seemed confused on what even they had available. Absolutely ridiculous. YOURE AN ICE CREAM SHOP! AND YOU DONT HAVE MOST FLAVORS OF YOUR OWN ICE CREAM! Seriously got ripped off and couldn't cancel my order by the time I found out that you didn't have half your stock. I'll be going with a different place next time. First time and last time ordering from Baskin Robbins.

Save your money and don’t get the zombie unicorn cake.The one we got today was pretty terrible and embarrassing.

I have waited about 10 mins and counting as I’m writing this in the drive thru for a milkshake and you guys only have like 5 flavors to choose from this is unacceptable
