Very friendly I live on eastern shore I stop in every other week and buy three bowls one to eat on my drive and two to take home. They keep perfect on my hour to two hour drive. I put them in the freezer and when ready to eat sit them about half hour before eating. They are fresh and delicious. I highly recommend blend a bowl. Enjoy my bowl for dinner some nights. Five stars all the way so fresh and delicious. Thank you blend a bowl
