In my opinion, Bob Evans menu has really taken a nosedive, my husband and I don't eat beef or pork. The menu in the past had lots of options for us but now maybe 2 or 3. My husband ordered the 3 egg omelette and it was not even warm enough to melt the cheese, his toast was cold and for the cost I expected better.

Went to eat and found this in my water. I thought it was lemon pulp but when I pulled it out it was a fingernail! Couldn't even finish my coffee. Ordered the garden veggie protein skillet and there was sausage in my dish. Good thing I'm not vegan!!! Manager Jonathon was worthless and still charged us for the food any way. Even though we ended up leaving over half our food. The server John waited on others who came in after us. We used to come here regularly, won't be doing that any more!! BTW manager stated food was half eaten which it wasn't. Only food half gone were the pancakes which had to be sent back cause they got the order wrong. Normally don't make long posts but this was beyond appropriate. We left right after discovering the gross, unclean incident.

Ordered delivery and when the food arrived tge driver dropped food on porch without knocking. The only way I knew the food was there was my security cameras. On top of that the food was stone cold and not worth the price at all. Never again.

Food that i ordered and received was good. workers need to remove the elf on the shelf hiding behind the exit sign. The kitchen and the wait staff need to do a better job of quality control on plates going out that it matches what the customer ordered. Brought this up to the waitress, and the waitress was going to have them replace it. I had an appointment to get to, told her no thanks anyways just take it off the bill. She said ok and after my party was done eating, she brought the check with the items I asked for but not delivered. So I tracked her and a manager down and the manager was at least apologetic, waitress couldn't care . please double check what you ordered is delivered and if not that it's corrected

Ordered pickup and ended up waiting 15 minutes longer than the expected available time which was 35 minutes after the order was placed, so total time was around an hour to get the food. The food was very meh and looked like half portions and not worth the price or wait whatsoever. Would probably only go back if everything else is closed and I had no other choices.Parking: Refrigeration unit blocking curbside pickup and just weird setup.

We had not been to Bob Evan’s for years. We came for an early dinner and were impressed with all aspects of our visit. We were seating quickly and our server Michele was right there for us. Her personalty is great and here service is top notch. The food was very good, served quickly and cooked properly. The atmosphere is also very nice, very peaceful and pleasant. We look forward to many return trips.
