I do not recommend getting takeout from this place; it is overrated. My food was not good—my turkey was dry, and the sandwich was made sloppily. I asked for a bottle of soda, but they sent me a fountain drink instead. The fries were okay, but overall, I was disappointed.

I went in 25 minutes prior to closing and they had already boarded the place up like a flood was coming. Chairs on all the tables. They promptly informed me “No Hot Subs”. Ok that’s fine, I wanted the Capstrami Fries anyway. Nope! Can’t get those either because they already shut everything down and closed up. It’s obvious they don’t want to be there a minute past “closing time” because they closed the whole place up a half hour before they “close”. If your restaurant closes at 9pm, you aren’t leaving at 9…9 is when you start cleaning the kitchen and putting food away. This was my first time going to this location and I won’t go back because it’s clear they don’t need the business nor my money if they are able to shut down so early before closing time…

I have tried ordering takeout online from this Capriotti's on a few separate occasions, and my orders are never correct. One time I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and received a regular cheesesteak and had to drive to the restaurant to have them fix it. My boyfriend always orders regular cheesesteaks with no peppers and always ends up getting peppers. They don't read the tickets that come in is my guess. If you alter your sandwich, I'm willing to bet it's going to be wrong.

Friendly staff entered and was immediately greeted warmly, The cheesesteak I got was very good and filling for being a “small” it is a little more pricey but the portion sizes make up for it.

We ordered the Cole Turkey sandwich and the Chicken Chipotle Crunch sandwich, couldn’t even get through half of either of them. It’s like they dumped a pound of pepper on the Chicken Chipotle Crunch that made it inedible. Furthermore, my wife found a hard piece of plastic in her sandwich (Cole Turkey) by bitting into it, and described the taste of the turkey as being similar to what cat food smells like. First and now last time we will eat from here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Ordered on line , went to store nobody up front used rest room still nobody. Then out pops worker on their phone peaking around the corner. I could see my order on the screen. Obviously they didn’t. So much for saving time ordering ahead :(

I got the Capastrami sandwich. The meat was somehow crispy and cold like it was overcooked and then got cold before it was on my sandwich. I'm not even sure if there was cheese or coleslaw on my sandwich like it was supposed to be, wish I took a picture of it.

The fries were alright but a lot of them were soggy when I picked them up from them being inside of a plastic bag, the steam messed them up. Don't blame that wholly on the employees, unless they have better ways of storing French fries they just aren't using. And maybe I just got a bad draw but I had a lot of small bits of fries about half an inch long, hard to dip in anything.

We spent $86 for carry out for five subs and four orders of fries. I remember being disappointed the last time I got subs here but I don't remember what for.
