I’ve only ordered cheesesteaks and whether I pay for “extra meat” or “double meat” I seem to get the same amount as what regularly comes on it. Today I tried the homemade turkey and paid for “extra meat”. The turkey is dry and hard, and there is no “extra” about it. Very disappointed in this restaurant and won’t be back.

I was very disappointed with our food last week. I had ordered the grilled Italian but when I got home I was hugely disappointed to see it was on a cold hard hoagie roll with minimal meat. The sandwich was dry and was hard to choke down. The rest of my order for other family members was sub par at best. If I ever try again I will make sure I check my order before taking it home.

I was in a few days ago and ordered, they charged me for and made the wrong sandwich. I told them this and they charged me again, this time for the correct one. The manager had to come over to do my refund for the first order, but he wouldn’t do it. Instead he tried to argue with me that I needed to be charged for the difference between the two sandwiches in addition to the two full sandwiches I had just paid for; he eventually did something on the computer and told me “it’s been deleted in our system, so it won’t show up on your bank”. Of course that’s completely not true and I ended up spending nearly 50$ for one sandwich that wasn’t even that good. Only redeeming quality of this place s the young girl who worked there, I believe her name was Emma. She was very nice.

Disappointment..Got the 10inch cheesesteak.The sub didn't taste bad, but it was more like a cheese sub/with steak.The steak was just lightly spread throughout the sub. Add in the fact I paid about $17-$18 for it. I felt ripped.

I used to really like this place. The food is still good, however, the customer service is not. I placed an order through their app for 3 subs to be delivered. One of those subs was a "bobbie", which is supposed to be their signature sub. 2 out of the 3 subs were wrong, including the bobbie. The only correct part of that sub was the turkey. Nothing else. Not a big deal. Mistakes happen. I called the store to inform them of the mistake. I was told they could remake the subs, and I would have to go pick them up myself, or they could put me in their "little book thing", whatever that might be, and I could go to the store another time and order the 2 incorrect subs free of charge. Thats great but I ordered delivery for a reason. I was not able to pick them up. I will not order from this location again.

We've had subs here a few times since they opened their Pasadena location.Very nice set up with the interior set a notch up to Jimmie John's or Jersey Mike's plus the subs are good. Especially the hot subs. A little pricey for sub sandwiches but that's the post pandemic norm now. Everything has gone up significantly. Seems like most restaurant have gone up 30-50 % higher since 2019.
