Got my first order from Carini’s for our daughter’s birthday party and it did not disappoint! The pizza came right on time and was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!
Thought we'd try here tonight... Not impressed. Delivered a little over an hour after ordering and everything we got was only vaguely warm. Had to rewarm everything we ordered, mediocre taste wise as well. Unlikely to order from here again.
I used to be a regular customer but your service has gone down hill. Twice in the past week I’ve tried ordering from you only to be put on hold continuously and no one picks up to take my order.
You’ve lost a customer due to lazy customer service and support.
