Our server Michael was amazing. His friendliness and attentiveness was like he was a family member talking about what was for dinner! He made multiple suggestions and upsold me on the $10 meal. I listened to him take care of the other tables around us and he made each family feel valued and appreciated! What a wonderful asset to your business! Bro I know it's a big corporate chain but Carrabba's is legit still. The pork chop is the best, the bread is awesome, the lentil soup is excellent. Is most of the food garlicky? Yes...get over it!! It's just good chain restaurant stuff, out bartender was sweet, food came out on time and cooked perfectly. Don't sleep on Carrabba's!!

I've only been to this restaurant 3 time's and each time was nice. However, my last two time ordering (curbside) my order was done right. The young man named Dylan has always been very pleasant, friendly and attentive. Dylan is a pleasure to have assisting me and my friend whenever we do order.
My friend introduced this restaurant to me the first time and I've been back every since and whenever I am in the Pasadena area. When my friend ordered a celebration meal for her husband Dylan had come to assist her even then.
Dylan stay humble and attentive as you have been. As long as you are there for sure Carrabba's will continue to have my service. For you are an outstanding asset to this location. As I know there are other's here as well. You have gone above and beyond even when this location is very crowded. I've noticed you work very well under pressure well.
