I went to this location 2 weeks ago. I used the drive thru since it was 9ish pm and when i got to the window they didn’t know what i ordered. I had to give my order again. I didn’t bother to check till i got home @10pm and i was missing the 12pcs nuggets. I called the next day and they acted like i was lying and never received a response from them or my money back.

Food delivery never came. I had it checked to hand off at door. I went up to chick fil a and was told it was delivered because they had a picture. The guy said he could refund the delivery fee but since the employee delivered it, he couldnt refund tip... lol... after i made it clear wether it was delivered not it definately wasnt handed to me at the door and i wanted my money back. It is so rediculous... i ended up with money back 40 minutes of my day lost to run up to chick fil a, argue with a young manager to at least give me my money for a service that wasnt completed... i should have called though, right? 5 calls to chick fil a that werent answered... i left a voice mail 1 time... this location really isnt great... several deliveries, pretty much issues every time, thisbis the first that wasnt ever even completed.
