My grandson and l go for brkfst.and to enjoy some quality one on one time.It is quiet and no one gives you the bums rush.The staff will check on you to see if you need anything and are very attentive. Just a great place.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at this location! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and thoughtful, and the food was fresh and hot, we got it within minutes of ordering. The restaurant was very clean and thoughtfully designed. Overall, very impressed! We’ll definitely be going to this location again!

We tried this location the day it opened and were pleasantly surprised. They were operating like a well-oiled machine, everyone was very friendly, our order was filled perfectly, and the food was pure Chick-fil-A perfection. They are doing a bang-up job at this location and we are thrilled to have them in the neighborhood.

I honestly cannot recommend jacobsville, Severna park chick fil a for the following reasons. I used to work at Chick fil a Severna park and I enjoyed the customers well we can't call them that we have to call them guests and must say my pleasure or we get in trouble. which can be considered inappropriate.
1. you have to clock in exactly at the time you work. example 6:30am. owner is so cheap on labor time. after you clock in a manger must swipe you in to verify this.
2. I made minimum wage entire time working there when people who can't even vote made more than me and were managers.
3. idk if they still secretly charge customers .50 cents extra after two salad dressing.
4. free tap water and ice nope. I believe they say they charge because of the cup the lid and straw.
5. when I worked there we often got our schedules one week out and even as late as Saturday night or Sunday morning. So we didn't have time to plan for other things like Dr appointments. WITH MY DISABILITY I WOULD GET ANXIETY AND NERVOUS NOT KNOWING IF I WOULD WORK MONDAY THAT LATE.
6. not chick fil a Severna park fault but I often walked home 3.4 miles from work to my house. I didn't have a vehicle until my second year working there. I could always get to work.
7. THIS ONE IS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRANKLY SAD MY TIME WITH CHICK FIL A SEVERNA PARK I COULD NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY MR CHRIS SCHENCK OWNER ONLY GAVE DISCOUNT MEALS TO ALL POLICE OFFICERS IN UNIFORM AND NOT EMS OR FIREFIGHTERS. THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT TOO. SO I KNOW ITS A BUSINESS BUT I NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY CHICK FIL A SEVERNA PARK NEVER GAVE ANY DISCOUNTED MEALS TO MILITARY VETERANS ON VETERANS DAY. BUT THERE WERE THE REGULAR POLICE OFFICERS THAT GOT IT THAT DAY. YEAH TRY EXPLAINING THAT TO OUR BRAVE MILITARY VETERANS FOR THERE SERVICE. THE POLICE OFFICERS ARE IMPORTANT BUT WE CAN'T FORGET ABOUT OUR MILITARY MEN WOMEN VETERANS. SO SAD. WE HAD TO TELL CUSTOMERS WE APOLOGIZE BUT NOT GIVING DISCOUNTS. THAT MADE ME SO VERY SAD AND HURT.

Big fan of CFA. So glad when this one opened. They definitely have some kinks to work out for the new location. They aren’t great at customizations. I’ve ordered two salads that weren’t customized at all, all regular toppings added (I can’t eat cheese). Went back a different time and got ranch packets that tasted funny and ended up with food poisoning that night. Not sure if it wasn’t refrigerated or just a bad batch but it tasted like mold and made me sick even when I only took a few bites. Going to give it some time but there are definitely some growing pains.

Could not wait until the new store opened in Pasadena but was not happy with the food at all. I felt like I was eating someones left overs. Chick fil a has always been a favorite of ours so we were very disappointed. We will try once more there if not better we will drive the extra miles to another location.

I finally took a chance an ordered a delivery from Chick-fil-A Jacobsville, it was so easy to do using the app and was delivered fairly quickly, the food arrived fresh and hot and tasted as though I had ordered it at the restaurant, I particularly enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie, because much to my surprise it was warm and the diet lemonade actually didn't taste like diet at all
