Thought that "new' as advertised brisket would be lean, tender, appetizing...unfortunately found it tough, fatty, grizzly. No fault of individual owners...its a corporate thing. Otherwise, local restaurant clean, efficient and friendly.

Every single time I order on the app for the drive thru and get there earlier than the time I choose. And every single time the food is cold and soggy. When you order a crunchy taco, you want it to be crunchy not soggy. Even the chips and queso are cold and the chips not crunchy. Tonight I ordered a burrito with light rice. It was cold even though I was there 8 minutes early. It also had extra rice instead of light as I ordered. The only thing I ever got that was warm was the glass bottle of Mexican Coke. The whole point of getting a glass bottle coke is that they are ice cold. Guess I'll just drive to the other end of Mountain Rd or Severna Park or Cromwell off Airport Loop. Never have any issues at those locations so it would be worth the drive.

Don’t even waste your time coming to this establishment. They’re so stingy with their portion, it’s a joke. When I brought it to their attention, they smiled and claimed it’s due to the economy. What does that have to do with me? I paid for extra protein and still the portion was an insult. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. They have consistently filled my orders through the app incorrectly. Today I decided to go in person and was very disappointed. I will NOT be visiting this excuse of an establishment.

I love to order the kids steak quesadilla meal. One time they charged me $13 for the kids meal. Another time they charged me $5.33 and today they charged me $7.00. The price for the same meal is inconsistent here. The chipotle in Severna Park consistently charges me $5.33 for the kids meal. Furthermore, when I brought up the inconsistencies of the kids meal price to them, they had an attitude and mocked my speech impediment. I will never go back to this Chipotle again.

Abysmal. Since this location opened I have not gotten a single order fulfilled properly or adequately. The portions in a bowl are laughable. I have used the Chiptolane 9/10 times, and whoever is preparing those bowls has not been taught what a serving size is. Or they are trying to skimp and save. If there is something not available that was ordered, they do not make you aware, but when you open the food after driving away, multiple fillings are missing. I live 1 mile from here but I guess I'll be driving to Severna Park again. I was hoping this one was going to be better than that one, but somehow it's much worse.

The woman at the register had an incredibly positive attitude. As each customer walked in, she greeted them with a big, beautiful smile that lit up the room. My experience with her was a perfect 10 out of 10. She truly deserves a raise and should never be let go. She’s a good one!
