I wish I could give zero stars for service. Pick up window is absolutely awful. I pull up to the window and am waiting, and the girl at the window kept looking at me and smirking, while walking around not really doing much of anything, aside from ignoring the customer at the pickup window. When she felt like it, she did eventually make her way to window and was extremely rude. Acted as if I was bothering her, like this isn’t her job.

Quick and easy service. Good portion size for everything but the meat. They need to have a measuring cup so everyone is on the same page for the meat portion.

I love chipotle but got home today with my bowl and couldn’t even eat it. I ordered a veggie bowl because I don’t eat meat and get home and there’s chicken in my bowl along with every topping I didn’t ask for and none that I did. Was handed the wrong bag at first and gave it back because I could tell it wasn’t mine because of how much stuff was in the bag and then was handed another bag which had my correct name and order on the bag but then get home and wrong bowl in the bag. Waste of money.

Came in pretty late on Memorial Day and got great service and fresh food that tasted perfect. I really appreciated it after the kinda day I had. Restaurant was very clean! (Even the drink station!) And the staff was sooo great. Ian took a sec and helped me figure out what needed which I reallyyy appreciate! Kaspar was very friendly as he checked me at the register, he took time to explain my options for sides/drinks. (I wasn't able to get the other young gentleman's name who was working the line at that time but he was cleaning and helping the whole time too.) As a single mom, on a tight budget, I really appreciate service like this. SO REFRESHING! Thanks guys!!

I’ve ordered from here four times and every single time It’s like the food was made by horribly if you order tacos half of the filling, whether it be cheese or chicken or salsa is on the outside of the taco if you order a quesadilla, it’s a children’s quesadilla. It’s constantly a problem. I do not understand this. I run a plumbing company if one of my guys were to make mistakes like this, they would be fired. How hard is it to do your job correctly? You’re making food it’s not the most difficult thing in the world just follow the instructions I would assume I’m sorry, but this has me so mad when you spend $40 on food and it looks like it was made in a tornado and two other things were completely wrong. It’s annoying. Do not come to this place obviously the employees do not care about doing a good job.lol I feel like a Karen, but it’s well deserved

This location is broken. I reached out about a month ago via chipotle.com/contact after an incredibly bad experience and received little to no response. I visited again and couple days ago and found it’s just getting worse. If someone in a position to make a difference reaches out, i’d be willing to provide details privately. But to summarize, the portions were half the standard size (literally half spoons), then the staff became rude and berated my pregnant wife when we asked for rectification. This has literally happened twice.
Still skimping on serving sizes even though the CEO pushed a message tk all the stores

You’d think I’d learn my lesson with ordering carry out from Chipotle, but not so. Ordered from this location tonight for dinner and I got two burrito bowls and a quesadilla. The bowls I paid double meat for both and got the honey chipotle chicken quesadilla.
Bowl #1 was double chicken. Bowl #2 was double meat with steak and chicken. When I tell you there was a combined fifteen pieces of protein on the bowls, I may be guessing too high of a number.
As a restaurant manager myself, I know that all restaurants try to cut corners to save costs. But this was horrid and whoever is running this store and making employees serve this should be fired.
The only way I’ll ever eat chipotle again is if I walk in and watch the employee put the food in the products theirselves.

Every time we get food from this location its ALWAYS wrong. Today we get kids meals and there was NO meat for the tacos. Last week same thing. it's ALWAYS the wrong orders. I will not be going to this location again and I hope they get the training they NEED.
