One of the best small businesses in Pasadena. Ice cream and milkshakes are delicious. Long lines move quick, they staff well. Parking can suck, but that's the shopping center, not Daily Scoop itself.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Disgraceful behavior toward seniors, THE RUDEDEST EMPLOYEES, The worst ice cream~~ALL FOUR ORDERS HAD FREEZER BURN!!!!!! THE WORST ICE CREAM!!!!!!! And the place is filthy!!!!!

This is the absolute best ice cream place I have ever been! All of the staff here are absolutely fantastic and are always friendly. If I have ever had an issue, which is very few and far between the owners and staff have taken care of it immediately! I highly recommend this shop and will return for many years to come!

I use to go heat every week and loved the toasted coconut. Unfortunately ever since they were bought out by Always my favorite flavors are hardly ever sold and their specialty flavors sellout usually same day. The service and options are just not what they use to be, now I travel all the way to Annapolis to get Kilwins. At least I can count on them to have the toasted coconut.
