My family has ordered from this restaurant twice, and both times we were missing items. Items that had cost us extra, at that.
Our first visit was shortly after they opened, and they forgot the sauce and slaw topper for one of the sandwiches. The food was otherwise alright, not great, but not bad barbecue. We chalked it up to a minor mistake from a new restaurant.
