Ordered my style with sausage , not what I got. Pizza was burnt on the edges.
Store was dirty, work station dirty. 3 people on shift and one driver or delivery guy . He is the one that took my order.
Dominos needs to shut this store down, before the health dept does
Worst pizza I ever paid for, don’t waste your money.. Mr. Pizza or little ceasers . Much better and cleaner

Overall, I'm impressed with Domino's and the quality of their food and service and will keep coming back. At an organizational level, Domino's recognized their pizzas were pretty bad about 10 years ago and have made improvements. It's still not great, but its not bad either. However, their Carbonara Pasta is incredible; the best I've ever had for the fraction of an Italian restaurant.

Yes, it has taken a long time to get my order delivered. They are very short staffed, I called to let them know I would be picking it up instead of delivery. The individuals working remade my pizzas for me, were very apologetic and didn't try to make excuses. They're doing the best with what they have.

Nasty place I got an oven baked sandwich and opened it up to find that it has the crust of a previous sandwhich big burnt cheese glob stuck to my sandwich so they don't even clean any spills up in the oven just put the next one right on top , that will be the last time for me .

Every single time I order from this location, there’s something wrong with the order. This time, I found several LONG brown/black hairs in my pizza. I found out because the toppings and pizza were connected by the hair and when one of the toppings fell from my mouth, it was dangling from my mouth by the hair. Don’t order from here, by far the worst dominoes out there. It’s as if they intentionally mess with orders. Another time, my pizza came with one piece missing.
Attempted to call the store to place an order. All I got was a automated loop of some nonsense for over 20 minutes and still nobody would answer the phone. I guess that's how the Mountain rd location in Pasadena Md treats their elderly and disabled patrons. Extremely disappointed.

Zero quality control. called 50 minutes after food said it was done was told wasn't even the next order to go out for delivery and that it was sitting on heat racks. Decided to just drive up and pick it up food was room temperature at best and half was inedible. Too many pizza options in pasadena don't waste your time here

Update: Avoid at all costs!: food never arrived but said delivered. No one answered the phone so I went to the store. It was a mess, no one knew which way was up. Manager had the worst behavior I've ever seen from a food service worker.
Past 3 times we have ordered it has taken the delivery guy 50-60 mins to arrive- note this is from whene he leaves the store and does not include cooking time. I live 3 miles from the store.
No one answers at the store when trying to figure out the problem. When someone has answered, they act as though I'm being ridiculous.
