Took over 90 minutes however, I am not upset about that. It’s a Friday night and I should have just went with carry out. Ordered 2 medium pizzas, some slices had spots with zero cheese and most of the toppings were dumped in the middle. Just Terrible.

This is a second time in 3 weeks I ordered pizza using the app, It says that it will be ready in 15 minutes, got there and I have been waiting over half an hour, there is about 7 employees chatting loudly but only 2 working. This will be the last time I oder anything from this location

They put hair in food. They always forget some items and if you don’t tip them they are keeping food for 1 hour after it cooked and delivering it cold by purpose. Dominos USA should do something about this store.

Man. Since being back in Pasadena for a year. This location sucks. 3 different orders they could not follow directions and cook the pizzas well done. I ordered yesterday, they finally cooked well done. But, there is a current sale, that allows 6 to 7 toppings on majority any pizza for $9.99... why are my pizza lacking less ingredients than normal?? Apparently can't even keep up with the demand... Its annoying bruh. I think next time I'm just going to drive out my way to another location because this one can't get it right

I was told 10 minutes from when I called in my called in my order. Arrived within the 10 minutes. Was told the pizza wasn’t ready. Then waited 30 minutes and no service. Was completely ignored. When I asked about my food I was told “I'm clocked out” Im sorry for being in customer service that’s not how you handled things. He didn’t even get anyone to help. Once we finally received our food they tried to charge us again. They had no idea what was going on. Then got our food home (7 minutes away) the pizza was dry n cold! It was totally the worst food snd service we’ve had in a long time. DB
Was able to get a full special pizza, a chicken Alfredo bowl, and 8 wings for around $30. Papa John's is a full large pizza for $35 by itself. I am now a fan of Domino's.

Better order soon because this place will be closed before long. I live 3 miles away and they don’t deliver to my house despite the fact that they have to pass my house to deliver to my son’s house- which they do. Tried ordering carry out and went through the whole process just to get an error at checkout. Awesome business model

I’m disappointed to say the service and quality of food had gone down in the last 6 months. We used to eat here once a week, now my kids don’t even want to order from here. The food is inconsistent, there are many times the amount of sauce is excessive or very dry. There are often multiple large bubbles on the pizza so there is no sauce, cheese or toppings there.

I don’t know what’s so funny but every time I step in, they’re looking and laughing and talk under their breaths to one another. Kinda like a mean girls club in high school… so I had my order delivered this time. It was decently quick, my kid liked the drivers car… Anyways. My pep pizza must’ve been cooked first and thrown on the heating rack because it was disgusting. My deluxe looks decent, haven’t eaten it yet. My Italian sandwich was eh. Bread was a little hard. My wings… will never order again. They just throw hot sauce on top of undercooked wings. They counted this as an 8th wing… weird. My cat wasn’t even impressed. I’m not making a fuss out of it by calling the store or going in. Just know what not to order from now on moving forward.
